I tried buying birthday presents for my son, and the entire experience was a disaster. After purchasing the items, I was told I had to “claim” them. I followed every single step exactly as instructed. The first bot accepted my friend request immediately and only delivered 30 out of the 1,000 items I purchased. When I tried adding the second bot, it never accepted my friend request. I was left waiting for over 12 hours, panicking because I had already paid.

I repeatedly tried contacting your awful “support agents,” and every single one gave me the same useless response: “Be patient.” No one actually helped solve the problem or cared that I was trying to get these as a birthday present for my son.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I paid for something and was left stressed, ignored, and without the items I bought. I would not recommend using Luger.gg.

It’s really good very cheap stuff i would give 5 stars but I’m not becouse after i bought my items it said that they’re out of stock and i had to wait couple hours

lwk thought it was fake at first but it rlly does give them to you

Ordered multiple bundles and received them within the same day, as well as customer support correctly advertised, answered within minutes and were incredibly nice and re-assuring.

The wait time is a problem and there should be someway and form to make pepole believe that this website is trusted which it is.

Did not tell me it was out of stock so I had to wait 20 hours to get my items

i bought 5 items. i got 1 item from a bot. the others were from another bot. i sent a friend request and clicked I sent a Request. it kept loading and j still don't got the stuff

its great but one thing is bad the instructions i dont mean like bad like terrible but i would absolutely see some new features like changing a bot when your BOT IS OFFLINE FOR A QUIET LONG TIME and more proper instructions and some solving system OVERALL i love luger gg but this is the thing that i dont like the bots that go offline for an hour

I didnt got my bat. It said its out of stock but when do I get my bat?

It was a little bit rough at the start and I got really anxious because it was my first time buying stuff for a game and I didnt know if it was legit or not.. also got a lil confused w the bot, I watched a few tutorials and it showed that i should add a common item back so the trade doesn't seem "suspicious" so the bot kept declining and i didnt know why. In the end i realized and the trade went through. Im glad
