I will never use this service for the…
I will never use this service for the rest of my life. My initial movers canceled on me. I could not get a connection with a real human for messages and messages since I was directed to the bot. I finally found a person and they sent movers with the wrong sized truck who didn’t even know why they were coming. They did not assist at all in taking part furniture and had no tools. They destroyed my white couch. I am extremely disappointed in Lugg and will never use this service again and have told others.

Very good experience
Very good experience. As soon as we booked the route for the move, diver and the helper were assigned. This is better than Dolly app where we waited for two days for someone to show up before I booked a trip on Lugg. Both Driver and helper were very courteous and hard-working. They coordinator throughout the process very well.

Tooraj & Dajuan were very professional, careful and helpful with my move. They wrapped all furniture and were able to problem-solve quickly when my bed frame didn't fit down a staircase. They arrived on time and completed the job efficiently.
