Absolutely terrible delivery process. Ordered at their website on May 2, today is May 25...listed "in transit" from May 7. This has happened to me several times. No "Next Time" no matter how nice the bag is. So sad to see such a weakness at this brand.
I was disappointed with this shopping experience. The item arrived and simply did not look or feel as expected, so I initiated a return the very next day. While paying return shipping is understandable, I was surprised to find a $15 restocking fee, leaving me with almost no refund before even paying shipping costs. Unfortunately, the customer service phone number listed on the website is also not operational and gives an out-of-order message when called. Between the fees and lack of customer support, I will not purchase from this company again.
