bad bank i tried to sign up and they and i must have referral id i searched everywhere for referral id and found nothing i even contacted support from month ago and there is no respond
This bank holding my money from 5 days , There's no response from the support, there's nothing, I'm still waiting but not even reply yet
Scam bank. 1. It were never possible to send any transfer from the account. When your money there, it is the trap. They reject anything you try to send.
2. There exist cards. That cards have a fees about 2% just for nothing, just to top-up it.
3. Their communication system is broken, you will never receive a email from them.
4. Their support chat has an issue: all messages history disappear at random moment and you can't see them, while support can. When you ask the support to repeat a message, they think you an idiot with Alzheimer.
5. At some moment they blocked my account and deleted all cards. When i asked, if cards no more exist, the answered: "for you no. lol"
What a funny bank, this is the most weird thing i ever seen on the market. Just a scam project that laughing at you :)
