Add me to the list of RIPPED OFF customer. Ordered scar removal. I had very little expectation of its effectiveness and I was not disappointed. Nothing more than a cap full of snotty looking goo. Don’t waste your money.

Complete Spam. First the quality of the products is terrible and it takes 6 weeks to ship to the U.S. Then to return the items requires a back and forth for 4 weeks. Then finally they email you 7 days later saying the return period ended 30 days after date of purchase???
I'm going to China to put some sense and get my money back

Luke Car Care is the worst company I have ever done business with. I ordered the phone cupholder 12/27/19 received excuse after excuse on why I hadn't received my product. Products come from China and didn't get here until Feb 2020 without my house number on parcel. Product was returned to Luke and they wont reship or refund total. Plz do not waste your money you can never speak to a person. They take your money and have no respect for you as a customer I encourage you all take your business elsewhere!

I ordered cell phone cup holders to give as yankee swap gifts, not knowing, that like others have mentioned already, that it would take a month to receive them.

When I did finally receive them, it wasn't what I ordered! It looked to me like a much cheaper version, that they tried to tell me was an upgraded version.

One of them broke before even making it into the car! They did however, after many emails, agree to send a replacement, which I finally got today. It is an even worse model than the last one I received.

Do not order from LUKECAR! It takes way too long and isn't what you ordered!

If you are planning to make purchase from Lukecar, DO NOT DO IT!!! Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered a cup phone holder. After over a month, it arrived broken and unusable. I contacted the company by email and got a reply from someone or something in China. The message was unintelligible. After several back and forth emails, I finally agreed to half my money back. They told me I was responsible for the return postage to China which would have been more than the price of the phone holder.

Lukecar is the biggest rip-off.
I purchased cup phone holders on the 13 of December for Christmas, received product on January 18. Wanted to return items since it was not what was anticipated and was told the cost of return would be more than credit would be.
This went back and forth, they offered a marginal credit. At this point the loss of $66.00 is not the end of the world, but I just want everyone to know.
DO NOT USE LUKECAR

Update hi everyone I am updating my first review to a 3-star my orders actually came in the mail the only thing that I did not like is it took 30-plus days to get my orders and not much of a response from customer service from lukecar but again my orders have finally arrived.

Do not order from this company they are a fraud my order never came emailed many times
Still no item and no money returned to me
Don’t try to save money use amazon at least they deliver there items ... bad bad company a fraud

Very disappointing experience! My order was placed on 12/3. Their website advertised receipt of shipment within 7 days. This is a joke. After several follow-ups that were answered by a virtual assistant I received an email confirmation that my order was shipped on 12/24. As these items were Christmas presents that weren't received until 1/12, I requested instructions to return them. I haven't received any response to my return request. Looks like my experience is just one of many similar ones for this company.

I highly recommend not ordering from this company. Like the others I ordered phone cups December 3 and received them after Christmas. I tried to go through the process of returning did what they requested. But they never responded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I AGREE THEY DESERVE 0 STARS

They were advertising their cup holders all over the internet about a week before Christmas so I ordered 5 cup holders expecting to use for Christmas Gifts. I emailed repeatedly and was always answered by a virtual assistant who was basically no help but sort of strung me along. I wanted to cancel the order if it had not shipped. Then I just needed to know -will these gifts arrive for Christmas gifts. They knew they weren't coming and yet would not tell me honestly. So I had to hope but had no gifts come Christmas. NEVER EVER again! Once they came the cup holders seem fine but I received them Jan 14.

Absolute worst company took 45 days to get me my product than the product came smashed. They deserve zero Stars fake company do not use. Read all other reviews below horrible reviews because of a horrible company total scam rip off do not use this company unless you want to get ripped off. Try to contact customer service there is none it's a Gmail account with some virtual answering going to dispute charges regardless.. Order # 191220121803221

Ordered two phone holders for my car, sent me two smashed boxes with pieces of crap that did not go together. There was no middle piece to connect them. Back and forth with company for two months, nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM LUKECAR.. THEY SUCK!

this is the first time a 100 % guaranteed product is not what its advertised. Lukecar is a fraud please do not order any product from them. Paid and product never was shipped. No Refund either.

If I could give a lower review, I would. Ordered an item Dec. 2nd. Still has not arrived.
I wish I would have checked further into this group. Horrible customer service. Respond by email and tell you product has shipped, etc. not the case.
Credit card company has been notified.

Do not order anything from this scam site. It took 2 months for me to get my item and it was a cheap knockoff, completely useless and not what I thought I was ordering. I'll do everything I can to keep people from falling for this ridiculous scam!

This is a total rip off company. I paid for 5 of One item and 5 of another and they claimed 3-7 days for shipping as Christmas Gifts. They took 1 month to deliver the wrong thing and were very cheap knocks offs and sent 10 of the same thing and charged me the full amount. The contact person .does not respond but once a week to emails and does not keep his or her word. I was not aware this was a Chinese company as they make it appear it is from the UK. They use a knock off company that host 3 web sites and my password wont even work and the rest password does not work and they tell me they cant send me a reset password link. DO NOT BUY from this company as they do not keep their word, provide cheap knock offs, do not respond and now I am afraid they will commit fraud on my credit card as they have already done by sending me 10 of the same product that were of a lower cost rather than sending me what I ordered and will not respond. I will be reaching out to the BBB and doing all I can to prevent others from buying from this fake company. Make sure you buy from weather tech and not this rip off Luke Car Fraud piece of junk crap liar company .

Same as many other reviews, this product was ordered for a Christmas gift. It took over a month to receive this product. These products are coming from China. No where on the website does it state it is coming from China. When I finally got a response from them and sent them the information to return the product, they said it would be $20 to return it to them. Terrible customer service.

Like everyone else - I paid extra for shipping in the beginning of December. I emailed them telling them I paid extra for shipping and I haven't received it yet. They said they would let me return it for a refund once I did get it on time. I received it 12/31 and emailed them telling them it was for a gift and was no longer needed. and I have not gotten any help from them. I am glad I paid through PayPal - I opened a case with PayPal and hopefully they can get my money back.

Finally got my order I placed a month ago.. what a shame because I paid faster shipping and they were Christmas gifts. Never again will I ever do business with this company. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. I have now gotten my product out of all the packages and they are cheaply made. The car organizer is felt and is so small and cheap looking. Not worth what I paid at all. My 12 year old could have done a better job putting this product together. 🤦‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️👎🏻
