DONT BUY - Wanted to Cancel, Ended Up Getting Insulted
I rarely write reviews like this, but the experience was honestly bizarre and concerning.
I placed an order for the LPX Pro monthly subscription (bra + underwear + extras) through Luke Parry Collective.
Within about 24 hours I emailed asking them to cancel both the order and the subscription immediately.
At first they responded saying the order had been placed through their site and that they were preparing it for shipment. I had to repeatedly insist that they cancel both the order and the subscription.
Eventually they said they issued a refund and canceled the subscription, but when I checked the Shop app, the subscription still appeared active, which made the situation feel even more suspicious.
What really pushed this into negative territory for me was the tone of the responses. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner became defensive and eventually sent a message implying that if someone is “hard up for $30” they don’t want them as a customer. That’s just not how a legitimate business should speak to someone asking to cancel an order.
To summarize:
• Canceling required multiple emails and pressure
• The subscription still appeared active after they claimed it was canceled
• Customer service became unprofessional and insulting
Even if this company is technically legitimate, the customer experience and communication were a major red flag for me.
