I've ordered several items from Luli Fama, I'm based in the UK. I've found the shipping to be trouble free with no customs issues.
On the last occasion I had to return something and unfortunately there was an issue with the Netherlands customs and it was returned to me.
The team at Luli Fama went out of their way to assist me and got the situation sorted quickly, they really went above and beyond.

I ordered the "dancing queen" bathing suit last year. I was super excited about the design and the vibrant colors. However, after a year of use I'm super disappointed by Luli Fama. I have worn it at the maximum 20 times and the bathing suit's colors have almost disappeared, the rings are getting bad and the bottom is getting larger... it's definitely not worth the price you pay, as far as I am concerned I paid 200€ ! The customer service did not take any action and said it's normal wear...

I totally love luli fama swimwear. Normally I buy in the store Kant Amsterdam . Same price , great personal help. And your bikin comes with a lovely starage bag and sometimes get a free gift etc. So this is my first order directly online from the source.
My beautiful bikini came in a cheap looking plastic paper thin bag . It looked like I ordered of a Chinese wholesale market. Not that I want to trash talk them. But for such an expensive bikini you would a least expect receiving some store case to come with it . To take your bikini on holiday or keep it save while it is wet . Taking it back home.
So i was a little disappointed by the package. That's all because the bikin came fast and looks stunning. But I probably will next time take a day off and go to the local store to get the full clientele experience. And a storage bag to go with your lovely swimwear
