I purchased a personalized bottle, the personalization is made with adhesive paper and after five days of use half of the letters are missing.
Tried to contact customer service, nobody is replying to my emails.
Really horrible experience.

My order never arrived due to the courier I now have a full refund. Thank you

Although there was a bit of a delay with the arrival of my order and replies on emails were slow, I got in touch with the seller on messenger and immediately got a response. The person I spoke to was really nice and helpful and within 3 days, my order was delivered. Delays happen so I'm not too fussed on that end. The most important thing is that my nephew is happy with the gift and the stickers that the seller sent as a gift free of charge were very well received. Thanks so much! Will be purchasing again.

The nappies are amazing!
But I had 2 bits missing from my order I also ordered the fox nappies and received completely different ones.
Tried to email a few times but have had no response!!!

After leaving review and contacting company through Facebook they have helped to put the error right. Even though abit slow to respond I will buy again as nappies are great and haven't leaked thank you.

Arrived within the advised time, just! Tracking number was provided quite quickly, and showed on the Royal Mail tracking site as ‘being dispatched by sender’. However, this didn’t change for over a week.
There was an issue the sellers side with my PayPal payment, it was showing as cleared and was taken my side, but seller hadn’t received the funds. I was asked to confirm receipt of the order, even though it hadn’t been received. I spoke to PayPal who advised that I should not. Seller was very communicative and apologetic during this process.
Website could be a bit friendlier and allow you to put multiple items in your basket at once, rather than being taken to the basket after you make each selection. Took me a while to order 14 items!

The nappy is good. It is made of bright waterproof fabric, inside of it there's a soft liner and there is a pocket for the liner. It looks like it has comfortable rubber bands for the legs. All the buttons work, and you can adjust the size as your baby grows.

I ordered 16 different prints and 20 inserts. All arrived in about 2 weeks and are exactly like the photos. Baby isn’t due until Jan so I haven’t tried them yet but all looks great! They soft, great patterns and well made.

Fast delivery. Very soft and don't leak. Only small thing would be not as elasticated round the waist another brands but still a good fit for no leaks!!

Not received my item yet so can’t comment on item quality. I’m aware it’s Christmas time. But have been using the tracking reference and so far it’s taken 10 days to actually dispatch the item. Sure someone could have handed it over to Royal Mail sooner than this.
