Wanted to cancel an order due to price reduction of item so emailed customer service and within the hour received an email back to say that although the order had left they had recalled it and would process a refund.

Recently ordered and took delivery of the lovely red lips travel crossbody bag. I forgot to enter the code for the 20% reduction offer. When I realised, I emailed Lulu Guinness to see if I was too late. I had an almost instant response and a very fast refund! The bag arrived incredibly quickly and I absolutely love it. Without the strap it can also become a quirky clutch bag. This is lovely addition to my collection of Lulu Guinness bags, shoes and clothes! Thank you Lulu for your super designs, and thank you to the team for being unfailingly helpful and friendly.

Emailed customer services to ask for 20% off my bag as I hadn’t received it and the offer had just gone on the website. They refunded me £25 which was great. No hassle at all. Great customer service

Emailed the website as a 20% incentive was advertised 24 hours after I had ordered at full price.Matter was resolved immediately with a 20% refund which will encourage me to spend even more!

Queried an old order and although I was in the chat queue, after 5 pm I left the queue as it was after hours. Once the customer service centre opened back up the following day they emailed me a response to my query that answered my question. Great service.
