I ordered the pull up assist and it took a month to come in, it was shipped directly from China . I ordered the 150lb. Resistance and it is useless. I’m 5’11” and it bottoms out and it maybe has 15lbsvof resistance between the 2 bands. The seller gave me a BS excuse and didn’t post my review on their page. I would suggest not doing business with them at all.

Had same experience as previous review. Only sent 2 out of 4 items. One lamp was broken due to no protective packaging. Horrid to deal with. Offered only 10% refund for a broken lamp. Repeated same message to me regardless of what I emailed. Eventually went to PayPal and they offered a 30% refund. Months have passed and no refund. They lied repeatedly. Will never have anything to do with this site ever again and I advise all shoppers to avoid like a plague. Despicable. And no place to google review. Now I know why.

I purchased a pull-up assist device from this company that was not as advertised and not usable for its intended purpose.

I requested a standard return and full refund immediately after receiving the product. Instead of providing clear return instructions, the company repeatedly offered escalating partial refunds (15%, 30%, then 40%) and discouraged me from returning the item.

They later admitted that the return address on the package was incorrect and stated that the “correct” return shipping cost would be very high and “not cost-effective,” effectively preventing a full refund.

At no point was a reasonable return solution provided, despite multiple written requests. This appears to be a deliberate attempt to avoid honoring refunds by making returns impractical.

I have now initiated a chargeback with my credit card issuer.

I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this business.
