I wanted to update my previous review to reflect my full experience with this company. After initially running into some issues with my order, their team reached out to me directly and went above and beyond to resolve everything.

They were extremely attentive, understanding, and accommodating to all of my concerns. Once everything was addressed, my order was shipped out quickly, and they even provided a 15% refund as a courtesy, which I truly appreciated. I received my outfit exactly as expected, and everything went smoothly from there.

I genuinely appreciate how seriously they took my concerns and how committed they were to making things right. Their customer service was responsive, kind, and solution-oriented, and that really made all the difference.

Shipping is not good!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I had to report a company to the Trading Institute until I shopped from here. Terrible customer service and terrible company. Avoid at all costs

First time ordering and can I say the quality of their items are AMAZING the packaging was extremely cute and well thought of in best interest for both the product and the client. Numerous delivery options that that abide by which is convenient if you’re a last minute.com person (like me) overall a very good experience and I will be happy to shop over and over again

The material of the dress is great quality and feels amazing, but the colour misleading. It looks way more white in the pictures (I assume because the pics are edited), I would say the colour in person is a dark cream colour
