So I gather I'm not the only one reviewing 'accidentally ordering the product ' or 'promotional offer and receiving and being charged for more bags'
I only wanted 1 bag to try it but whilst going to the checkout a number of screens came up etc
Closed these and then found out I'd checked out... with a further 3 bags and at a cost of £50+
Emailed straight away to explain but surprise surprise no response
I felt so stupid but now reading these reviews gather its the norm.

Shocking customer service promise one thing then say another. Deliberate delays to avoid refunds after 30 day delivery timeframe. As for the product not worth it most of tea bags are burst quality is shocking. Stir clear and keep your money.

Very Angry and Disappointed Customer
Yesterday I received an email to order 3 bags of Detox tea at discounted price-80% off. No price was listed. I clicked on the link that takes you to the site to see the prices. Was not going to purchase more at this time because I could not afford it at the time, so I clicked out of the window. Within seconds of doing that I received an email from Pay Pal with a receipt for 3 bags of this stuff of which I did not purchase!! Within minutes of receiving this email I contacted Customer Service to cancel the order, because I DID NOT AUTHORIZE PAYMENT! One Customer Service agent told me that they would be able to cancel or modify my order, but then another one told me that they were not able to authorize it because the product had already processed and shipped. How convenient of you to go ahead and process it without reading any of the dialogue...it is all attached so everything is right there, but you still went ahead and processed and shipped it anyway! You didn't even respond to the original email of cancellation request before shipping out the product. You Surely can't ship something out as fast as your claiming but then the product takes 14-17 days to receive when your located in the US! This also happened to me the very 1st time I ordered from you! I should report you to the BBB. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN and I'm very angry because now I'm out the money that I didn't have any intention of spending! Would never recommend anyone doing business with you guys because you are very sneaky in getting people to purchase your product! And if my account is set up to be on recurring I'm going to be pissed!

Do Not buy from this company. It’s a scam. Wish I had found all the other reviews beforehand. They don’t tell you it’s in USD, so got charged more than double and ended up losing more than $60. You try and send them emails and they don’t exist and then if you find another one somewhere that one closes to you too so they instantly become uncontactable. The response has always been the same between hundreds of people that within minutes of being charged and you ask for a refund they tell you it’s already been shipped and ALL emails are identical. NOBODY has got their money back. MY ADVICE STAY AWAY!!!!
Now as usual I get the same email response as everyone else. Just change the name and the body is the same, we need more information (what makes you think I’m going to give you anymore when you don’t act upon it)? We understand your frustration (yea right), JUST DO IT and stop making excuses.
Go get a real job instead of ripping peoples hard earned money off them. Guessing you’re so rich from the scam that you don’t need to now!
