DO NOT BUY FROM LUMA MELBOURNE Why do we give stars to review a…

Why do we give stars to review a company? When company like Luma Melbourne does not deserve even just 1 star! This company is fraudulent. Do not buy from this company. I was deceived when I bought 2 bags from them. The bag advertised was not the one I received. The bag is not even worth $10. I am ashamed to say the amount of what I purchased because of the poor horrible quality of the product I received. One unhappy customer I am. Oh and I am still dealing with them to refund my money and still no luck. Bags will go to the bin. Charity shops does not even deserve that bag.

False advertising

False advertising. I paid $89.95 for a crossover body bag that displayed many useful compartments only to receive one that was nothing like the one advertised. When I asked for my money back I was expected to pay for return postage. I objected to that due to the fact that the product sent was not the same as the advertised one. If it had been there would have been no issue.

GOODS ARE FROM CHINA POOR QUALITY
COMPANY BASED IN AMSTERDAM

They do not honour refunds
they provide you with fake address in order to delay your return and not refund you as goods are returned to you after months being in transit
Rip off
Criminals to be reported to ACCC
I thought PayPal was supposed to assist with issues such as this but I had no positive outcome from PayPal. I sent photos to PayPal of the bag I believed I was purchasing and the bag I received. PayPal wrote back the account was closed and no further discussion would be allowed. I will never ever buy from Luma Melbourne again or their other fake business Double Bay Boutique. In addition, I will never use PayPal again. The crims win and we have to suck it up.

DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS WEBSITE

DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS WEBSITE
total scam, stolen images from legit companies. you will only receive very poor copies. they are actually based in Asia somewhere, not Melbourne. If you have recently bought something and its crap (all their products are), you have to pay to return the item, their return form is to a fake address to a fake person, therefore if you send it back for a refund, your item will only get lost, after paying approx $50 of your own money to send it back, you will NOT get that refund from them. they will try to offer a refund of 15% to 20% at first, instead of you having to send the item back to them (they will say its due to their goodwill). take heaps of photos of your product. then fight for your refund, especially if you pay by PayPal.

RFID crossbody leather bag

I ordered an RFID crossbody leather bag. For a 'sale'price of $89.95. It had lots of well designed features.

The bag that arrive looked OK on the outside but no indication that it was RFID. The well designed features were all missing.

When I complained they told me I could return it at my expense to Asia. A cost of nearly $50. Their name and their mission statement imply they are a Melbourne company.

Cheap copies of advertised products, poor customer service, heavily priced returns.

This company advertises images and video from other sellers and then sends a cheap substitute, without the same features advertised.
When contacting customer service expect 3 to 7 day delays in replies. Their '90 day return policy' is heavily advertised on the site, but less well advertised is that you will incur the return shipping costs to China between $25 to $50 AUD. We did not return the bag, as the refund would only be applied upon receipt, we had no confidence that they would acknowledge receipt or return the funds, so we decided to cut our losses (which seems to be their business model).
