Lovely flowers, delivered on time and they were in perfect condition, many thanks!

I've ordered dried flowers on November 22nd. Payed it with credit card. They're still not delivered. I've sent an email about it, but they did not respond. I did get a lot of emails because they wanted me to rate them. Well... maybe they should have respond to my email or send the order instead of spamming me with that so they didn't get a bad review.

Beautiful flowers at a good cost and long lasting. Mine have looked (and still do) beautiful and fresh for 18 months so far!

Love my LUME flowers! They were delivered 2 days after I ordered and came with a lovely hand-written note in the box. The flowers smell lovely and look great in our lounge room!

Lovely flowers that look fantastic. Sent some to my mum for Mother’s Day too as she really liked them too!

I was looking for a gift for someone special, and choosing a Lume bouquet was definitely a success! He loved it, and now I’m thinking which one I want for my own home.

I received 2 bouquets as a gift and they are gorgeous! I buy flowers every week but would never have thought that dried would look so good- definitely a good option as they last way longer than fresh ones.

The flowers are a lovely colour and have a very fresh smell too, which I wasn’t expecting. However, I was initially very let down by the size of my bouquet, as I felt I had received a significantly smaller amount than what is advertised.

The customer service team at Lume where happy to help resolve this, and sent me a second parcel with addition stems, so in the end I was very satisfied with my purchase - as was my mother, who I had gifted the flowers too.
