Clarity When I Needed

I worked with Mahyar for a few weeks shortly before moving to Germany, at a time when I was feeling quite overwhelmed and uncertain about my next steps.

Through our coaching sessions, the questions he asked helped me bring more clarity to my situation. It felt like having a light on my path, I could see things more clearly, make better decisions, and approach my transition with more awareness.

After moving, I continued to face challenges like adapting to a new environment, dealing with moments of stress and loneliness, and figuring out my career direction. Our sessions helped me stay grounded, reflect more constructively, and move forward step by step instead of feeling stuck or scattered.

Overall, the coaching process was very supportive for me. It gave me space to think, helped me understand myself better, and encouraged me to approach things more consciously.

a new route amidst uncertainty

As a coach, I deeply value effective coaching. A coach like Mahyar, with profound questions and a structured approach beyond just the session agenda, is truly invaluable. He helped me gain clarity in my journey, and I highly recommend him when feeling overwhelmed. He will guide you to address each challenge thoughtfully and wisely.

A career transition

I was at a very difficult point in my career, feeling completely stuck and overwhelmed. My thoughts were tangled, and I couldn’t find the right path forward.
Working with Mahyar changed everything for me.
Through our coaching sessions, step by step, we brought clarity to my situation. We put everything on paper, organized my thoughts, and gradually turned my confusion into a clear direction. This process helped me make much better decisions.
Not only was I able to leave my previous job—which was very hard for me—but I also received great support throughout my job search and eventually found a good new position.
Mahyar is a truly professional coach. After each session, I felt calmer, more confident, and more certain about the steps I was taking.
I’m very grateful for his support and guidance, and I highly recommend him to anyone who feels lost or is going through a career transition.
