I found Lumibricks by accident via Facebook reels. Being a long time building block fan, the included light kits made me really want to try them.

I totally clicked with the Cyberpunk Neoncity line and have ordered every set in the line.

My fist build was the Apartment building and I have to say, it was an amazing build. The lighting really puts it over the top!

The pricing and shipping are also amazing.

I did have 1 missing piece and contacted support for a replacement. That was only yesterday, so I am still waiting to hear back.

The customer experience and profile leveling is also awesome.

Overall my experiences have been super positive and I will continue to by sets once I complete all the ones I currently have.

I emailed customer service abot this issue with the Italian restaurant.
In booklet #1, it's missing pages 115,116,133 and 134.
Obviously one page was left out of the booklet, and I can't continue without it.
Can you confirm that customer service got my email, and are working on emailing me the pages I need?

Very detailed, good quality and including amazing light. Wow what a product. Instructions are the best i have worked with so far..... Fast delivery and a good price!

Order a few sets from Lumibricks and very impressed with the sets available prices and quality, officially addicted to these sets now and customer service excellent too as I broke a wire on my first set and they are sending a replacement which is coming soon as enroute now, thankyou for a pleasant experience.

We are missing a piece or two in each bag? It’s for the 1st one we are building the art gallery so not happpy we have bought 6 too I am hoping it’s just this one so far 5 missing pieces and we are on bag 3

This was my first Lumibrick and I was soo excited to get it done. Took about a week of on and off but I'm retired so there was no hurry.
I am very impressed especially with the lighting.
I am now looking at which one to get next. You have so many GREAT products that it is hard to choose. It might be the Saloon or the Motel or.......

Placed my order for the Twilight Motel on Jan 27th, and it just arrived today, Feb 2nd...such fast shipping! Liked the shipping update emails as well.

Ordered on the 24th and on 30st it arrived. Good packaged. First impression, woow. Reward is in its way. 2nd order is on its way, ordered 25th and will be delivered on 2nd, reward for this order already build (arrived today). Just started on Boxing Club, checked all lights, all good. So far all fits well.

Bought the A-frame cabin

Great set and build, love the shape and lights.

Quick shipment. Great sets.

My husband and I work on the larger kits together, requiring 2 sets of instructions. With Legos, this has never been a problem. The Lumibricks A-Frame cabin (9013) downloaded instructions are not the same as the paper manual…diagrams are different, colors are different, page numbers are different. VERY CONFUSING!!!

UPDATE: Adding to my complaint (approximately 1 hr later)…between pages 3-5 (on the downloaded manual), I’m missing 4 pieces. Do I try to continue without? Or will that come back to haunt me later? I’ve lost all interest, while my poor husband is forging ahead.

ANOTHER UPDATE!!! According to the actual paper manual, I am not missing any pieces. So, my advice is to not rely on the downloaded instruction manuals! I'm interested in completing our project again (and I added 3 stars).

First of all the whole experience took a total of 10 days which for me was a pleasant surprise after not receiving orders from a month ago from other suppliers. I think I found my go to store for everything “MOC” - the box is beautiful and arrived nicely packaged - I have yet to open it yet but wanted to report that the first part of the experience was excellent

This was my first Lumibricks set, and it is an amazing value compared to the Danish brand, especially when you consider the lighting kit! An excellent build with quality pieces. I hope they'll be expanding on their Space line!

This was my first Lumibricks after building many Lego and off brand sets. Lumibrick lighthouse instructions were very clear and I really like having the lights to add during the build. Improvements would be the last/4th side of the light house was a little less sturdy though I get that part was built for removing to view the inside. I love that the battery pack is hidden but a slide out access would have been nice instead of having to remove a portion of the base. Overall a fantastic build an I would recommend and will buy more lumibrick sets.

Being a divorced dad on a fixed income, Lumibricks fits my budget. Everything is impressive including the box. The lighting just takes it over the top. Lumibricks is my go to now and will be purchasing more during the year.

Delivery was on time.
