SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.

I ordered a dress from this store and was sent a completely incorrect size. When I contacted customer service, they refused to offer a refund or exchange. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, they stopped responding altogether.

To make matters worse, the dress was extremely poor quality and looked nothing like the item advertised on their website. It is clearly a scam company.

I strongly urge others to avoid this company — their customer service is non-existent, and the products are not as described. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Scam Company

Scam Company. Do not order!!! First of all, their website is a lie as they say their reviews are 4.5/5 starts when in fact they average 2.3 starts on trustpilot. I ordered a dress that took two and a half weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it was a complete different dress to what I ordered. It was cheap and wasn’t been lumiere packaging, it had a random brand name on it. Despite saying they have a 100% return policy on their website, when you read more carefully it says you can only return items 7 days from ordering it- so they basically take ages to send it so you cannot return it. And even if you did return it, it would only be money credited to the lumiere account! I am not sure if this is even legal, as I paid for an item that wasn’t what they said it was. I then tried to contact customer support several times, but have received no response for a month. Do not buy from this company, I believe they should be shut down on the basis of fraud. I am never one to leave bad reviews, but this is just an outright scam. Oh and it wasn’t even a cheap dress, I’ve lost about £40.

Ordered an item

Ordered an item, want to return it, it shows on the status it has still not been delivered after 2 months therefore I cannot create a return, emailed the company and no reply, absolutely poor service and clearly a scam/dodgy website. Would not recommend! Absolutely rubbish. Not even cheap items, I’ve lost £30 and cannot return. If I could choose 0 stars I would

Go to your bank!

I have had an awful experience with this website, which I believe to be a scam. I would recommend everyone go to their bank and request a refund, or dispute a transaction if their item is different to what they ordered, or didn't arrive at all. I was lucky enough to get my money back by going via my bank and disputing the transaction.

Absolutely foul company

Absolutely foul company. Their entire TikTok shop is built on misleading, fraud-like advertising. They sneak in hidden add-ons during checkout without clearly disclosing the charges, then try to pass it off as standard practice. Completely unethical.

Their so-called "refund policy" is a joke. They don't actually issue refunds—only store credit—and only on non-sale items. Here's the catch: the entire shop is on perpetual "sale," so you're left with nothing. It's a shady loophole that feels borderline illegal.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service! I ordered a dress and waited for what felt like forever—delivery was so ridiculously slow I was convinced it wasn’t coming. And when it finally did show up, it was a totally different item. Not even close to what I ordered. I paid £38 for something that isn't what I ordered, that looks cheap and tacky—barely worth £10, probably less too. I messaged their customer service straight away and have been completely ignored. No response, no refund, nothing. This place is a complete scam. Do not waste your money here! Might I add that what they’re doing here is illegal. They’re advertising one thing, taking people’s money, and sending out random cheap junk instead. It’s misleading, dishonest, and feels like a scam.

I had a similar experience to the other…

I had a similar experience to the other reviews written on this brand. I ordered the Yumiko striped dress (as seen on Tik Tok) advertised as a romper with secret shorts. I received it today and it is completely different to what is advertised. I’m so dissapointed and shocked at the no refund policy. I ordered two other tops that arrived and were lovely, but one of my tops that I ordered is completely missing, with no tracking information available. I am hoping to receive store credit for it. Be aware if you order from here! Customer service have replied to me on the whereabouts of my missing top, so hopefully they are able to honour it.

Absolutely scam

Absolutely scam, use picture ripped off other clothing brands which I embarrassingly fell for and they only offer store credit and no refund. Plus you can only return something within 14 days from ORDERING but it takes longer than that to be delivered

Clicked ad on tiktok for a dress with…

Clicked ad on tiktok for a dress with secret shorts so it's a romper but looks like a dress. 4 weeks later the dresses arrived and it looks nothing like what I ordered. It's poor quality and doesn't have the shorts.
They only do store credit no refunds and I definitely don't want to waste my time ordering something else that will be incorrectly marketed.

SCAM & FALSE ADVERTISING- Dress was advertised with shorts included. CHEAP and bad material so unflattering and not even the same colour! Refused refund too. Genuinely a SCAM!! Do not order from there! Overpriced, bad items and unhelpful customer service!

AVOID: Poor quality, overpriced and “no refund” policy

Bought a top for my daughter (she had chosen) priced at £24.95, discounted from £50. It took several weeks to arrive and was a different material, colour and shape to the one pictured on the website. It was of poor quality and is extremely poor value for money, even at the discounted price. Despite asking for a refund, the website still shows the item to be “in transit”, so I am unable to process any return. In addition to this, the company has a “no refund” policy, at odds with consumer rights in the UK. They have not been helpful and I think are probably going to continue to do this to other people.
Update: item now shown as delivered but following received from company: “…we have verified that your item was purchased during a sale. As clearly stated in our return policy, sale items are not eligible for return and must be kept.”
This is despite the item NOT being as described in the website. No returns, no credit. THIS MUST BE AGAINST THE LAW, surely?
