I was a little nervous to start this journey but the customer care and fast service I’ve received from lumimeds has been fantastic.
More recently, me and my adhd totally signed up too soon for my next three months and then managed to mess up my timeline when I did the intake. Just doing too many things at once as usual. The thing is, I’m headed on a road trip for two weeks very soon and my current vial will expire in the next few days. I’ve been making so much progress for the first time in years and I was so worried I’d have to take an unwanted break.
I reached out and Jay at customer care really helped me out. I needed to reach out to the provider as well and once we established proper dosing my order was sent to the pharmacy and I got it within days. So I’ll be able to take it with me and I don’t have to miss it. Jay was very nice and understanding I really appreciate it!
And if that wasn’t enough, my order came with a travel holder this time! It’s been hot where I am and while the outside ice packs melted and were warm, the inside of this metal travel tube with my meds in there was perfectly cold. And now I have a proven canister to take my meds with me on my trip and know that they’ll be safe!
Genuinely happy with the great care I’ve received and I’m feeling quite comfortable and safe that I’ve chosen the right place to be on this journey with

Excellent Customer Service and Quality
Over a year ago, my healthcare provider and I discussed my need for the support of a GLP-1 in my weight loss journey. Unfortunately, my insurance does not cover the cost of these medications. Another patient recommended LumiMeds as a source for self pay for the medication. From the initial intake appointment, my interaction with LumiMed’s customer service reps has been overwhelmingly positive. My questions have been taken seriously and each representative has made me feel as if I am more than just another consumer. I matter and my health matters to LumiMeds. Most importantly, when I have had to leave a message for the support team, someone always calls me back in a timely manner.
I have heard some horror stories from people using other GLP-1 suppliers regarding delivery issues and bad side effects. With LumiMeds my deliveries have been seamless and the product has never caused me any gastrointestinal or neurological issues.
I am grateful to have LumiMeds in my corner during my weight loss journey!
