LumiMeds was great and easy to maneuver. The product was great as well. If I decide to go back on it, I will definitely go through LumiMeds!

Customer service team was great and provider was as well! Response time was almost immediate and from placing order to receiving meds was less than a week!

Tim was very patient understanding and informative. He walked me through step-by-step on how to use the portal and where to go to ask my questions and contact my provider. Should I need it.

I placed a new shipment and was confused about the dosage that was coming. April in customer support was awesome. She helped me by explaining the dosage and what to look at on the label and confirmed it was accurate for my next goal and level. In addition, they are easy to deal with. The web portal is user friendly, the product ships fast and the price is very competitive. This site was a game changer for me. I haven’t been at this weight and healthy in years and I now have the ability to afford the tool to get there.

The medication I received was different than others I’ve tried with other companies. It made me very sick and did not help me lose any weight at all. I paused my membership so I could speak with the physician. However, they charged my account for a refill after I’d asked them not to. When I asked them to refund the money they’d taken in error, they would only do it if I paid a $100 fee, even though I asked immediately after they charged me. Basically, they stole $100 from me & refused to reimburse me for the order I did not make. Do not give them your credit card #. You’ll be charged whether you want the poor medication or not.

When one has a question, they are answered immediately and professionally. And may I mention, answers are very informative.

I love the customer service. I forgot to download a photo of myself and they reached out to my cell phone. They also asked me if I had any other questions and responded very quickly.

I’ve been taking the Zepbound pen since Jan 2025. My insurance stopped covering it so I started compound tirzepitide through Lumimeds. The product I received appears to be ineffective or defective.
With Zepbound I feel full most of the week and towards the end of the week my appetite starts to come back. When I took Lumimeds tirzepitide, I didn’t get my usual (minor) side effects, the food noise is back and am very hungry (like I was before starting zepbound). I was previously taking the zepbound pen 15 mg and I took the compound dose exactly as prescribed. I’m on the max dose so an adjustment can’t be made to increase the dose. The tirzepitide compound I received doesn’t have any of the glp1 effects (like satiety) it’s supposed to have. I’m as hungry as I was before I started Zepbound. Also, these meds came to me at room temp and were not cold. The medication I received seems to be defective and ineffective. I reached out to Customer Service, and while they did respond to my email inquiry, there’s been no resolution so far. I reached out to the provider with no response yet. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lumimeds.

Very responsive when I had mistakenly ordered the wrong medication and easily fixed the issue and got my medication to me expeditiously!

I do not recommend Lumi Meds … I found their product to be in- effective even though I followed directions completely and followed a strict GLP-1 diet … I purchased 3 month supply and had very little to almost 0 results … not what they advertise or promise … I had used another company previously which worked amazingly better … very sorry I purchased from this company …. Something is not right with their products, either the additives or strength ? And I received no customer service at all , no one ever called or checked in with me after I received my medication and started the treatment?
They just take your money and if it doesn’t work or your dis- satisfied, they don’t care ! They do not stand behind their product!

I had very little side affects. I had slow results but that can also be I have a complicated health history.

I have had an easy and amazing experience with this company. Always fast and dependable and go above and beyond. When my shipment was stolen they fixed it when most wouldn’t have done so! I recommend them to everyone now

I unfortunately had the experience of multiple vials breaking in transit from the pharmacy. I worked with Jay who made the process so simple and easy. I had emailed customer service and received a response the same day. It was as simple as sending photos and they gladly got new ones sent out to me. I appreciate the ease of getting them replaced, and the quick communication.
