I have ordered (order #14848) on May 13th , the value were 55,06€, up to to now I haven't received nothing. Several mails to luminasonic mail. No answer. I don't understand why google allow this site being active.

Horrible experience. Total scammers.
Don't trust them.
They rake money then don't deliver.
Should be reported to police.

I agree with what everyone is saying. Pure scam and they took 120$ of my account for products i never received. They do not return any emails back to us.

I placed an order but never received the product. I received a follow up code for the package but that code didnt work. Do not order from this company!

Was offered a refund STILL WAITING.

I received my product after 3 months of ordering. It took a while but it finally arrived.

Lights never received but money taken referred to bank for resolution got money back from bank

In common with many others- take your money do not deliver, scam company do not use.

Scam Company! Paid for lights and VIP shipment and they never arrived, no follow up, no contact from company, even though my credit card was charged immediately! I sent several emails asking where my product was and got no response. Instead they spammed me with emails asking me to rate their product!

Never ordered my 59 Euros worth of products, from April of this year. I tried to be in touch with the customer service through their website numerous times, and their posts on Instagram and Facebook. No answer till today!!! I can't find my order nor the shipping tracking on their website anymore!
This is terrible! I NEED TO BE REIMBURSED ASAP!!!!

I bought 4 lights for more than 100€ and 2months after I haven’t received them. The customer service wrote me but dos nothing. I have requested twice so far a refund. AVOID BUYING!!

Terrible company to deal with. Placed and paid for the order early April and still haven’t received the goods. Keep getting emails from them asking me to rate their product which is laughable. I have written to them to ask for a refund and the response is that they will look into it. There are so many other companies out there providing a similar product DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Its a scam. They dont deliver. Dont reply. The fake delivery insurance i payed meant nothing. Do not buy with them. I submitted an FTC complaint. I hope they close them down.

Total scam. After 4 weeks of "shipment waiting to be picked up" I wrote asking for status or refund. After a standard response "So Sorry! We'll look into it get back to you within 5 days." (you know, because it takes 5 days to look up an order) After 10 days no response, I found that both the tracking and the order itself no longer existed.

SCAM no delivery don’t order from this company, I’ve been robbed, they give all excuses and offered a refund but no correspondence now I’ve given them time to deliver but it’s been nearly 8 weeks now, they say they aren’t a scam company but they absolutely are

SCAM!!! PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT!! Never delivered and links in email for track and trace and order information, asks for permission to download, don't click the links!

This company’s is a joke, ordered lights they never arrived, still waiting for a refund. Do not buy from this company , they just ignore emails once they have your money .

The company is a scam.They never sent the product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered at the beginning of March. I don't believe they are a scam company, I believe they had too many orders and they are not able to fulfil them. They originally communicated with me and now they have stopped. No refund, no product, no communication - I highly recommend you do not order from them
