I really enjoy mine! My face feels and looks smoother after using it. I can use it four days in a row for 14 minutes without having to charge it. I received it really quickly and I am looking forward to seeing my long term results!!

Received my unit and had an issue. Reached out to customer service and they were prompt in resolving the issue. It works well and I can already see a difference in my skin.

If I could give it a 0 I would have. Mine came broken, charging cable would not fit and device is plastic junk. Customer service is non existent, they hold the return process up so you run out of your 30 days return window. I do NOT recommend this brand, there are many other great companies and devices out there.

I was prone with uneven skin and acne but after 2 weeks of using it, these results are so unreal. I love the settings and the massage it gives your face. Helps with my headaches too.

took too long to receive. doesn't stay charged for more than 15 minutes. two weeks after receiving, charger has broken. purchase mistake

easy process, reviews available, super quick shipping, love the product so far for depuffing and contouring . haven't used it long enough for other benefits yet.

I can see the smoothness on my face after 1 week using this.I use my own moisturizer.I also love the yellow light lostly for my double chin. Which you can see progress

I have been using this for over 4 weeks with absolutely NO results! I don't know why the videos show instant results, but it isn't true. The only positive feature is the massage which helps my sinuses. Don't waste your money

So far so good---- I've only been doing the facial device for a short time, but feel my "puppet lines" are a little softer! Not gone lol, but getting there!!

It does feel amazing on my face!!! I use the red light in the morning and the white light in the evening!!! The vibrating feature feels so nice against my face!!!!!

My experience has been DO NOT do business with this company!! After several emails they still won’t tell me where my order is coming from (country of origin) bc it sits in customs apparently! Companies should be required to let perspective customers know what they’re buying is coming from another country and who knows when or if you’ll receive it! They also refuse to refund my money until they receive it back IF I ever get it!
So what does that mean? Where ever this goes back to it has to sit in customs again on the other end?? This is absolute & total BS!!

So far so good. It feels amazing on my face. No adverse reactions. I love the warm sensations and vibrations. I've only been using this product for about 2 weeks and I think I see a slight difference. Not sure just yet. (Unfortunately, I have no before and after photos). Nevertheless, its so relaxing and feels wonderful. I hope mine continues to work after a few months so I can see results. After reading the other reviews, I am a bit nervous.
But so far so good.

The first one I bought within 30 days the vibrating settings stopped working. And customer service ghosted me. Bought the second one and within a few months the vibrating settings stopped working again. Not worth buying it if it's defective.

Just received mine and use it everyday before work. Too early to see results but I believe it’s going to help. Love the ease of using it.

Shipping said it would be 3-5 days but took a month to be delivered. I ordered the same product from a different site for a significantly lower price and received it way faster than the one ordered from Luminesce.

I like the product. The light massage on my face is wonderful. Instructions on how to use it would have been helpful.

The company should be more responsive to customer service inquiries. I ordered over a month ago and paid for express shipping. I still haven’t received it AND being asked for reviews. Reached out to customer service. No response. I’ll be requesting a charge reversal.

Customer Service is absolute crap.

I wanted to give this product a try and decided sure, since all over their site is says 30-day money back guarantee. Straight up lie. I emailed and received a response asking for reciepts and photos of the product. I sent those back and then heard nothing. Followed up and was asked if the product was defective. I was honest and said nothing in particular was wrong but that I did not feel it had made any change for my skin. I have now followed up multiple times with no response.

I wish I had read these reviews sooner, I wouldn't have bought it if I had. Probably should have seen through it right away but here we are. Would never order from this site again and would advise no one else to either.
