Everything went wrong with Lumin
Everything went wrong with Lumin. What's happening? Crazy, product which I purchased not yet shipped. No further updates. No response for my e-mail regarding delay for 14days. But Automated Trust Pilot is asking our experience. Worst web system and website, Lumin is handling without any proper flow.

there is no proper update on the order, the order is not been shipped even after 13-14 days, the contact person is also not responding regarding the status of the order when asked to cancel and refund the order also there is no intimation about the refund status.

One of the most pathetic online…
One of the most pathetic online shopping website for photography products in india. I placed and order with them for supply of photography backdrop with order no 10045 on 09.11.2024 and payment was done. It is 20.11.2024, and the order is yet to be shipped. It contacted them through website chat and whatsapp but no reply yet. Tried calling them but one number is out of order and other is always busy. To top It all, there is no option to cancel my order.
The great thing is their shipping policy stated order will be delivered within 5-7 business days. If anyone knows how to file a legal complaint, kindly help

Unprofessional. Having things that are out of stock on the website and when I asked why, I was told it was "difficult" to keep stock. Had to repeatedly ask for an update. If I hadn't asked for an update, they would've kept my money and never sent me anything. Very slow responses and very unprofessional. Even the refund process which should've been automatic took ages. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 or 0 is because they at least made the refund happen.
