Avoid at all costs. I've given this review one star, however it is not worth the one, but given i needed to rate it, one it is! This company leads you to believe that it is based in UK, London to be precise. It is not, it is based in China where they make (or try rather) high quality fashion items. I got caught out with this scam, purchased a dress that looked amazing on their website, but what was received was the complete opposite. Flimsy, cheap fabric, about 10 sizes too small and completely not the shape as advertised. When I asked for a refund, they agreed but would need to send it back to China at my own costs. I advised them that I would not send it back to my cost as this would cost more than the actual purchase and as it's not fit for purpose, a refund plus shipping costs should be down to them They then offered site credit of 25% then when I refused offered 30% site credit. I refused this too as I would never purchase anything from them again. I paid via PayPal and have started a case dispute with them in the hoped I can receive a full refund. This company make you think they are based in UK. Their trading standards go against UK policies, false advertising and products that aren't fit for purpose. I wish I had checked their reviews on here before I purchased, but lesson learnt. Please, if you don't want to fall for a scam, do not touch this company with a barge pole!!

Terrible company, used to be La Foxy London and I’m sure they’ll change again. Scammers/frauds. Send a cheap terribly made copy of the photo. Avoid.

I read the wrong Lumin reviews before purchase! Beware the clothes are diabolical, nothing like the image. Fit is ridiculous. Do not buy anything’s from them at all. Refund process is mad despite saying 30 days return. You have to pay to send it to Asia. This is a corrupt company scamming people.

Clothes provided are not fit for purpose. As a refund they demanded I send them back to China, baring all the postal costs. Or offered 5% as a goodwill gesture.

Did manage to 'negotiate' a 50% refund from them by being nice to the bs emails they kept sending. So I'll take the win where I can.

I ordered a dress and two piece - when the dress arrived it was nothing like the picture posted and the two piece was like a rag! After many e-mails, I was offered a 10% credit or a return to China at my own expense!! and to keep the clothes - I wouldn’t even clean my house in them! I was then offered 25%, then, 50% and lastly 70% and am still in the process of obtaining a full refund, if not, I will report the matter with photos to PayPal if I don’t get anywhere with Lumin - another disgraceful company - beware!!!

AVOID; this company is an absolute con! Clothes look nothing like the pictures and quality and fitting is as bad as I’ve ever seen! Rather than issue a refund, you have to pay for them to be shipped to China (more expensive than the clothes), or a 10% refund!

Poor quality clothes that look nothing like the pictures. Call themselves Lumin ‘London’ but ship clothes from china and expect you to return them to china at your own expense, breaking UK consumer laws. They have no answer for the reason they are breaking the law and appear to think themselves above the law. Avoid at all costs.
