First order took a while to receive second order was much quicker but still longer then advised. I have seen a noticeable difference in my older dogs energy level and her lumps have seen some shrinkage.very pleased with the product

Your product has made big difference in my dogs. They are older animals and seem to be alot more lively then before. They can't wait for it in the morning. I mix it with a little elk velvet. I've had no problems with delivery. Just get a subscription or order before you run out. My dogs and I thank you.

Very Disappointing!
Have tried for 2 months, zero change in lumps on my dogs. Makes me wonder if all the other reviews about it working are fake, or owners changed something else in their dogs food/lifestyle. I’m starting to believe this is a scam company as all the responses are AI, my second order was “returned to sender” with customer support not fixing it after multiple emails. It was only after I filed a complaint to the FTC and my credit card company that I was then issued a refund for this package. Their FB messenger replies are all AI too, and just sends you in circles with no resolution. I wouldn’t do business with them again.
Edit: Dear Olivia, as you suggested, I emailed support@lumiqour ….. seems like your customer service department doesn’t exist as no one responds. Shame on you guys.

Do not buy!!
I was not aware that I had a subscription because I usually try to ensure I do not sign up for subscriptions when trying products. The turkey tail gave my dog horrible gas, she was in pain verbally communicating her discomfort. The orders sent do not come with any paperwork to reach out to company to cancel. Being a busy person it has taken me several sit down attempts to try to figure out how to reach this company. I looked up the address and was led to a storage unit facility. I tried searching just the name of the product with no luck. Finally just scroll through my checking account to find a recurring payment that has happened 3 times just to find the name of the company that is billing me because there is no name or order number Reciept with any of my packages. I opened one container and have not touched it since because it is awful for my dog. Now I’m sitting here with 3 packages to include 23 unopened containers and one open. Still with no end in sight as to where to return this or how to get a refund.

I checked online and their page said I did not have a subscription. Since I didn’t want to continue receiving product, this was welcome news. Until I received $70 worth of more product with no invoice or other contact information. I couldn’t reach them by phone and nobody responded to my email. If this isn’t a scam, it’s an extremely poorly run company.

We ordered June 30th & no valid tracking…
We ordered June 30th and received a tracking number with a prefix of KUNI? It's July 10th and tracking still does not work and I have asked for the order to be canceled. I know, 11 days isn't very long to wait but if I had tracking showing progress. Or any kind of tracking in the USA and after seeing review history, I am concerned.
No response as of yet but I will follow up with my credit card company.

Update: No resolution on tracking or cancellation. Lumiqour, your whole order process is very sketchy at the least. If I wanted a product shipped with a Chinese shipper, I would have ordered from China. The tracking only worked towards the end. Ordered on June 30 and arrived July 14. I wonder where it was shipped from? China? Maybe you should let us know it’s a two week shipment from somewhere besides the USA!?! Is it even safe?
Try to just cancel any subscription orders… It’s literally a 10 click and multiple page process. Super sketchy…

An Absolute Scam
I have absolutely been scammed by this company. They lied to me that it does not have bacon flavouring, and even though I met every single one of the refund criteria, they are ghosting me and have not refunded me. I have all the receipts and I just want to warn everyone about them.
Update: I will take you up on your highly likely fake offer to resolve this as soon as possible and email immediately. I’ll keep readers here in the loop about the progress or lack there of.
Update: Finally the company took accountability and refunded me. Even after advising I would be reporting to the FTC, no response but my initial review prompted the refund that is well deserved. Heck of an ordeal to get here but finally, they did the right thing after so much time. I won’t be ordering from them ever again but at the very least, they finally refunded me. Kudos to them on that.
