This is a chinese based manufacturer with antennas in Europe. I would like to report a very negative experience. Firstly, I ordered an external lamp that was advertised as solar powered, and then received an unbranded copy of traditional electric lamp. I then wanted to return the wrongly ordered good, to discovered that I had to ship to China at my own expense. Very poor product information and very poor customer service. NEVER AGAIN !

Extremely poor customer service and refund issues.

I placed an order on Lumique.fr and exercised my legal right of withdrawal within the allowed timeframe.
I promptly provided all requested photos and information to their customer service. Despite this, I received no response for several days, leaving me uncertain about the status of my refund.
When they finally replied, they demanded a return to China, with extremely high shipping costs and no guarantee of refund. I repeatedly asked for a solution compliant with European consumer law, but my emails were ignored.
This is completely unacceptable behavior for any business claiming to operate in Europe. I am sharing my experience to warn other customers about their unprofessional and untrustworthy practices.

I am still awaiting a clear written response and a proper solution

Hello, this company is a complete scam. I want to return my lighting fixture (poor quality, cheap plastic). I sent an email to their call center as soon as I received the product. First, they responded to my email and asked me to send a photo proving the product was undamaged. I asked if I needed to open the box, but received no answer. Also, apparently I have to ship the product back to China myself, paying the shipping costs. Sending the product from France to China will be very expensive, and I don't know when it will be delivered. Please read the reviews before buying anything from this supplier.

Dear customers, leave this e-shop immediately. They sell cheap goods at exorbitant prices. I also bought a chandelier, supposedly a French company, and today they delivered such a piece of junk for 2,200 CZK and it is quite damaged. The quality is like from TEMU. Simply a fraudulent e-shop. So be careful, don't get caught either. They are scumbags and they are waiting for us fools to buy something from them. The goods do not match the photos on their sales website at all. It's funny, I was expecting a luxurious French quality chandelier and I got a cheap toy. I am from Czechia.
