Looks like I have fallen foul of this company !! Have not received my order like everyone else below and not getting a response !! DO NOT USE !! Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering.

A complete scam.. ordered a product and it’s past its due date. No response to emails. They probably don’t even read them.. it’s a website set up to take your money with absolutely zero intention to send.

It’s a scam. I never received my order. I wrote them, but they haven’t replied. Stay away from this website.

This site is a SCAM!!! I ordered my item 2 weeks ago. I tracked the delivery and it stated it had been delivered which was entirely untrue. I have emailed the company several times to seek an update and I have had no response. Fraudsters have taken my money. I'm sp annoyed I didn't check the reviews on this before I bought it

It looks like it's a fraud company. I ordered a hair brush three weeks ago and have still not received it. Sent the query multiple times but no response. I am kicking myself that why didn't I read the reviews before ordering from this website.

It says it accepts klarna then at the check out the Klarna option disappears, so it was the first red flag! Avoid this website

Absolute scam… they take your money pretending it’s a premium product at a discount and then order a cheap one directly from AliExpress and have it delivered to you for a fraction of the price. I never even got one of the products I ordered and paid for, but they never respond to emails or online contact us forms. I wish I had checked these reviews before purchasing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Product arrived damaged contacted customer service and returns twice so far no response Don’t buy as they obviously aren’t interested once they have your money. Will be taking it up with my credit card company. As an update: 2 weeks later still no response

SCAM! What came was completely different to what was advertised. It was a cheap knock off and didn’t work properly

SCAM. Avoid this website. We placed an ordered for two masks. They only sent one and sent other items such as water bottles, most likely so the weight of the parcel looked normal when customers inevitable complain they use that as evidence. The mask they sent was not the one they were advertising, it is cheap counterfeit fake from china

Scam trying to pay with Klarna but won’t work so they try to get me to use my credit cards.

I bought it on lumirelax.com website "LED Therapy Spa Facial Device":
287 Leds,Product size 482*232*305mm, Net weight 2300g
But I was delivered a completely different product. This is a LED lamp, has only 100 Leds and a box size of 345*180*250mm. and has a different appearance than on the website. After reading the reviews I understand that they will not answer me. What can we do, do you have an idea?

scammers. Please report them to Action Fraud, the UK's national reporting centre for fraud and cyber crime. All the five stars reviews on their website are fake. I asked for a refund as soon as I received the confirmation email and realised that this is a scam company; there was no delivery date, and then I came across the reviews on Trustpilot. Based on gov.uk, Lumilux LTD was set up recently, in March 2024, and their registered office is supposedly in Hereford Road, London, E3 2FN. Their director is Mitchell Stephen Ware, nationality American and DOB: **/03/1984.

I bought the LED Eye Perfector and it has done nothing. There aren't even enough LED lights on it to make a difference - on the 'reviews' on their site they show people with the mask glowing brightly yet it hardly glows at all. Despite offering a money back guarantee, customer service have ignored all my emails.

I bought 3-in-1 infrared LED hair growth massager brush with hair therapy oil and while i was excited it quickly diminished as i saw the package. It seemed like someone has opened the box , it was in terrible shape and my hair growth oil was missing! I tried emailing them but they wont answer. I will definitely not pay that much in amount.
