Not my first ice bath from Lumi, decided to upgrade to a pro and have now completed 1000+ days around mid January. Cold water therapy is nothing short of amazing and has literally changed and saved my life. Lumi ice baths are excellent well made bits of kit and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, the bath I ordered was on back order and was shipped and delivered ahead of the original estimated date. Easy to set up and easy to clean and maintain. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend.

Its absolutely brilliant. 5* Price, product everything. Would recommend to all.

I bought the Pod MAX Ultra Ice Bath, with the floor mat and Thermometer. The whole ordering process was really easy and simple, delivery was faster than expected and the product itself is amazing. I’m new to ice baths but so far loving it and glad I chose lumi to start the journey with.

Pod Max Ultra lce bath. Loving this thing! :-) Takes a little courage to get in up to my neck. Feel so invigorated and alive when I get out. 10+ minutes and lots of big blocks of ice!

Bought this for my wife for Christmas she's always wanted one and lumi are the best at these for quality she absolutely loves it now we both use it great in winter but also good in summer

Purchased a mini chiller, which unfortunately played up.
Staff were exceptional at dealing with this problem, and maintained contact throughout.
Sent me a replacement under warranty, with no quibbles.
Had a bad customer service experience with a competitor, before purchasing from lumi, and their customer service is what swayed me, and I’m so glad I did, as the products are, in my opinion, the best on the market for what they do.

Slept better, recovered faster and had so much more energy, would 100% recommend! Ice baths are tough at the start but great once the habits there.

My lumi ice bath as never failed me it’s like a blast of freezing cold fresh air that wakes up ever part of you and that feeling keeps you going all day long and when I’ve done a double long day sleep I can’t wait to get in the ice bath and don’t forget all about work 🥶🧊 and my ice bath is a good few years old I’m still going strong 🧊🩵🧊

I Think that this is a great tool to help your mental health and is at a high quality that is easy to set up. 5 star product it just took longer than expected to arrive
