Slow delivery
I ordered 2 weeks ago and still undelivered. Thought it just may be slow delivery. They aren't responding to email queries on the email contact they give. I had to download an app to track my delivery "shop" which I didn't feel that comfortable doing but had to due to their not responding to my email. Says the package is yet to be sent according to the app. Starting to think this is a red flag as a scam business.
Follow up: they've just emailed to say they are under the pump due to Black Friday sales so didn't manage to have it sent yet. At least I now have had some contact. Look forward to it arriving.
Follow up, it finally arrived nearly 3 weeks after ordering it. Don't expect great communication from the company. The company appeared to send the product from Hong Kong. I'm not sure they're Australian based. However it did arrive eventually.
