Do not order from them!! This is a definition of a scam!! The dress is absolutely nothing like I ordered, terrible quality (literally falling apart) and their customer service is shocking. I’ve been emailing them for weeks and they are ignoring me, so I’m taking this further!! Stay away!!!

The worst made dresses I think I’ve ever seen, completely different to website, on further digging the website is dreadful, terrible grammar, absolutely no replies to any emails or live chat and phone number directs straight to voice mail.. £100 out of pocket, please don’t be scammed like I have.

An ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!! I cannot give enough warning to not buy from this business. If you want to receive pieces of discombobulated cloth and crap and not get your money back this place is for you! I received 2 dresses for an upcoming ball, they look nothing like the pictures, look like they have been made by a 2 year old and aren’t even the same colours! Upon some closer digging into the website it is very obviously a scam, all of the reviews are the exact same just with different names (clearly written by themselves) and even some of the spelling is completely off. When trying to contact them through the available resources on the website they don’t ever reply and the phone number is invalid, meaning a return will never happen here! Despite claiming 30 days free returns + refunds?They also claim the clothes to be made in London however my package came from CHINA?????? Just a complete scam and waste of time and money. DO. NOT. BUY. There is many websites selling the same as what they are advertising with very clear and decent reviews.

The quality abd look of garnents are dreadful.
The website says you can return for a full refund, however you cant get hold of them! Phone number doesnt work, tried emailing and sending messages via social media, never get a reply!

If it were possible to give zero stars I would!
Seems like a well funded scam site, with excellent images that don't reflect the appalling quality of their products.
No customer service at all and refunds are flatly refused....that's if you are lucky enough to eventually make contact with them.
Just after your hard earned money, in a time when things are tough enough for all of us.
If you never trust another review regarding any other business, please take notice of the ones here.

I ordered a dress for my daughters prom the quality was appalling , it looked like an old satin nightshirt , creased , threads , puckered hems , sent the incorrect size and not able to get anyone to progress with a refund , sent emails through their customer care daily , phone line not working and ignoring all communication , absolute scam please stay well away from this company , don’t know how they are getting away with it, someone stop them please they’ve had plenty of chances to put right to prevent the negative feedback, they won’t get away with it

Trying to return a dress purchased.
This is cheap and nothing like the website. The finish on this dress is awful, there are threads hanging off and the material is what you would expect from a dolls synthetic dress.
I have tried to communicate with Luna cooper across multiple platforms with no communication back. I just want my money back.

Exactly like the other reviews.. CRAP! Waiting on a returns label but they aren’t communicating at all! I’ve emailed several times! The quality of the dress isn’t as it looks on the picture. It’s a THIN sheet of silk. All the money they’re gaining for crap products! Would not buy from here again!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced online. No response. Emailed, numerous times, messaged. Telephone number does not even work. Only interested in the sales.
The chat bot on the website is rubbish!
No return information on the website. Do not order from them if you expect to get a refund or to send an item back because it won't happen!! I don't know how they even get away with it!?
Waited weeks on the delivery and when it eventually arrived I was very dissapointed to find that the dress quality was just rubbish, cheap tat, poorly finished and not worth the money, don't be fooled by the photos. They are all air brushed!!
Really bad customer service! Appaling!! Don't buy from them go else where.

I would advise against ordering from this so called company. The dress I received was very poor quality, rubbish material and not at all like the picture online. Have emailed and requested returns information but got no reply and the telephone number on the “website” says it is not available when I have tried phoning.
