Obviously same Father’s Day scam as everyone else! I like in the UK and my package ended up in Elberta, Alabama. Paid extra for fast shipping. Emailed twice and no response. Now need to put a claim in with my bank to get my money back. Damn I feel like an idiot.

Paid a lot for a personalised t shirt for fathers day for it to not even leave the US and end up with random people in Alabama. They then didn’t respond to the multiple emails that i sent and ended up having to go through the bank to get my money back.

Clearly we all got scammed at the same time for Father's Day.
I ordered a personalised photo Lego frame thing and it was delivered to Alabama, USA, despite the fact that I live in Europe.
I contacted them via email and no answer. My only hope is that it was never printed and my photos not kept anywhere.
I cannot leave any review on their website as my order is marked with them as On its way.
@lunacub does not exist on Instagram anymore so I think it was officially a Father's Day scam.
Lesson learnt :(

Like everyone else who has reviewed over the last week or so, I ordered a Father’s Day gift that was “delivered” to an address in Alabama - a state halfway across the country. I have reached out to Lunacub via email with no response. This was a personalized photo gift that cost me almost $100. Extremely disappointed with this experience. I should have known better than to purchase from an unknown Instagram ad, but since I didn’t - future buyers beware.

Whatever u do don’t order from this company. I placed an order June 2nd and paid extra for early delivery. Barely got a email June 20th that the package was delivered & never received it. I checked tracking number and it was delivered across the country. I reached out 4 times and no response. I was out a Father’s Day gift for my fiancés first Father’s Day

I should have read the reviews here first. I live in the UK and ordered a personalised Father’s Day gift. The tracking says it has been delivered to a mailbox in Elberta Alabama US. No response from Lunacub. Scam company. What’s worse is they have photos of my husband and son.

STAY FAR AWAY. I ordered a Father’s Day gift; it was sent to the wrong address across the world. I had them resend it, and guess what? Delivered to another wrong address across the world. Luckily, I use PayPal for any online purchases, so I was able to rebuke the charge with them. But we were out a Father’s Day gift on his first Father’s Day.

Stay away please. Ordered my husband a gift. Stated delivered on Saturday however not the case never arrived. Went to the states apparently and I’m in the UK. No Father’s Day gift for my husband down 46.00 pounds and no response from the company. So please please no one buy and fall in the same trap

I placed an order for Father's Day, and it was said it was delivered, but it wasnt. I have reached out multiple times and no has answered me. I see another review saying this just happened to them as well. Do not use this company!

I never received the shirt with my husband and daughter’s picture on it. Talked with tracking both times the package did not have my name and was addressed to California both times. SHE SAID NO MISTAKE ITS NOT YOUR PACKAGE! Even though I had all info order # all 4 tracking numbers (2 each time) I live in Pennsylvania. SCAM

Did not receive my order even though the shipping said it was delivered. You can enter your name to see proof of delivery but when I did so, it denied I was the recipient. I reached out to the shipping company who told me the same tracking number was given to multiple orders and they were able to verify that the other person did receive their order. I tried to reach out to luna cub twice via email and have heard nothing back. The order was a gift for Father’s Day which did not make it in time despite me ordering it weeks beforehand.
