No delivery twice, still stalling
I had the same experience as at least one other reviewer here. I ordered a product, which supposedly was seized by Customs for some unknown issue. Lunadoll said they reshipped with better paperwork. Cargolyn contacted me with a notice that the package had been delivered and signed for. I immediately (within 15 minutes of alleged delivery) reported the package missing and request a picture of the signature. Both companies are still stalling around and Lunadoll claims to be unable to issue a refund because their "tax authority" authorized the reduced prices and had to approve any refunds.
I gave them a deadline of March 10 to provide the signature and either a replacement product or a full refund. It is March 11 and nothing has changed.
