I would give 0 stars if I could! My order never arrived and have not been able to get in touch with the company despite sending emails and social media messages. I have now had to open a dispute with PayPal to try and get my money back. Don’t be fooled by the influencers promoting this brand. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. AVOID

Still have not received my order! I have sent 4 emails and no response. I am calling my bank to get my money back this company is obviously a scam.

Never received my order. Zero communication. Was refunded but they kept the money of the shipping fee… despite the order was never shipped.

I ordered a dress for a holiday, 2 weeks in advance. They never shipped the dress and ignored my follow up emails, read my DM’s and ignored them.

Shocking company.

I never received my item. Couldn’t get through to anyone, no response to my emails or on social media at all.
I eventually received a partial refund of a random amount which does not reimburse everything I originally paid.
I wish I had looked at all the terrible reviews before ordering.

Item not received, emailed twice no response, so have raised a dispute with my bank to get a refund.

Absolute scam of a company ! Practically online fraud when it comes down to it all. Ordered , never got my parcel , emailed , Instagram messaged so much and nothing at all. They turned off their comments on insta for a reason , never order from there

I haven’t received my order and it has been 2 weeks. It stated I should receive with Royal Mail in 2-3 working days. So I cannot review a dress I haven’t received. When contacting the email address provided and their Instagram Page, I am receiving no response.
