We’ve had our bifolds for 3 years now and are very happy with them. Unfortunately our dog chewed the rubber gasket when he was a puppy. The Lunar team
came round and replaced it very efficiently for minimal charge and made some other minor adjustments, so once again our doors are good as new.

We dealt with Khan, from start to finish these guys looked after us, immaculate install, and a range of quality products. We had picture window, bifold, and lantern supplied and fitted. They were accommodating to our time lines throughout the process, installed the items on different days without a fuss. Seriously could not reccomend them enough. Delivered on time and expertly fitted

Not only are the doors and skylight fantastic but dealing with Khan and his team was a pleasure. They are super nice guys and are extremely understanding and flexible to their customers needs. We had many complications with our install (our fault) and they were always willing to share knowledge and help out as much as possible. The price was also very competitive, I could not find better and did a lot of research. I would highly recommend Lunar.

Two years on since installation. I had a slight issue with the lock getting stuck and dropped Khan a message to see if he could help. Customer service was exceptional - team came around and mended the lock for me within a few days - no issue, no charge and just wanted to make sure a customer was happy - 2 years later. If you have any reservations on this company then don’t. The product is very good, great value for money and customer service is exceptional. Nice bunch of guys too.
