I feel scammed

Customer service is very poor. They sent me a damaged ring and then gaslit me about it. I sent the ring back a total of six times to get fixed and each time they sent it back to me with new problem- a backward center stone, a damaged setting, a random artificial colored mismatched blue diamond on the band… And every time I would email with photos in a description of the problems, they would give me an attitude.

To make matters worse, today I took my $2200 Luna Sky ring to get appraised and the value was set at $300!

Terrible quality.

Bought my wife’s engagement ring here. After less than 2 years the problems began. First 2 of the small band diamonds fell out, which we just took on the chin and had replaced. Then another one fell out. Not long after that, part of the cage that the large tourmaline sits in just broke off, and the stone fell out, luckily my wife saw where it went, as it could easily have been lost.

Upon taking it to a jewellers that we know and trust for the repair, they informed us that it was made from “very low purity gold”.

I partly blame myself for getting a ring from the US when I live the UK, but it was the one she had her heart set on, and when you spend £3k on a ring you expect it to be of a certain quality. But this is a classic case of over paying for sub-standard goods that you get in the US.

DON’T do it. If you spend the same amount elsewhere, you will get so much more for your money.

Terrible company.

Moonstone Rings and Bands

I got my first 14kt moonstone ring with them and loved it. After some time wearing it I decided to add a few bands and so in love with how everything looks. Their customer service was responsive and looking to add another piece soon.

Be Careful buying from them

Be Careful buying from them. Beautiful looking pieces but when there is an issue with the item, you’ll have to chase them and will not get proper customer service or a proper solution to your problem. I received a faulty bracelet and they would not give a full refund, wanted to charge a $300 fee even though they sent me a faulty item. When I wasn’t happy with that offer, they simply stopped responding to my emails.

Colorless moonstone, pretty necklace

My husband ordered a moonstone and diamond necklace for my birthday. I had been looking at this necklace for months. The necklace is very pretty, but the moonstone was pretty much colorless. I kinda expected at this price point the moonstone would be full of color.
