Not for folks with special diets

This is an okay service if you don't have any dietary requirements. Doesn't matter if the restaurant have loads of options for you, lunch team only selects a few meals to choose from. Meals are not clearly labeled most of the time, and the variety of the restaurants is pretty low. So, I end up ordering from the same two or three meals over and over again. Pretty disappointing and very dull.

Didn't worked

Ordered and was advised that as long as the order in in the cart, I won't need to do anything more.....in reality that's exactly what happened, nothing more happened...no confirmation or order and no order delivered. Poor service, have spend more than half hour trying to submit my request and never worked out.

Amazing

Felipe, Nikki, Stuart and everyone from Lunch Teams were always amazing. Always help me with my requests (that are LOTS) and are lovely! I would rate them more than 5 starts if I could :)

Non-existent Customer Service

Often late, restaurants mark up their prices for the site, and their customer service is woeful. There's no where on their site to contact their Customer Service, and when you finally manage to find an address to email them, you get an auto response saying "If your enquiry is related to the status of an order please get in touch with a support agent on the bottom right of our homepage for a faster response time." But the support agent popup stopped appearing weeks ago.
Usually I eventually get a response and refund but I don't know how they make any money considering how many times they mess up the orders.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Food arrived at the wrong delivery time which I had confirmed when ordering. I asked customer service what happened but no support at all.
Definitely not using this company ever again!

really poor customer service

really poor customer service. In fact criminally poor. Sometimes orders dont arrive and lunch.team dont refund me!

There needs to be some more competition in this space for lunches for offices!!!

Unfortunately stuck with this company…

Unfortunately stuck with this company via employer's subsidy.
Awful service, customer service is non existent. Constantly missing parts of order, or the whole order. They never reply emails, f you manage to get a hold of them, refund is offered - no apologies, no compensation for anything. Horrendous!

Food arrived with more than an hour…

Food arrived with more than an hour delay.
Costumer service gave no support at all.
We ordered food for the office in five and only four order arrived.
We asked more information at the person who delivered the other order but he said he didn't know when and if my order was going tobe delivered.
Sent an email to support lunch team and I am still waiting for an aswer.

difficulty logging in

website sometimes works- sometimes doesn't- difficult to log in. Closing times for orders aren't always correct.
emailed a complaint about one of my orders and no response.
Low cost and would be lost without it.

Very easy to use

Very easy to use, and the food was excellent. Have used a few times now and would recommend; especially handy on those busy days when you cant get out of the office or if you are like me and just don't like queuing at lunch

Has been more than an hour late once or…

Has been more than an hour late once or twice, difficult if you have a meeting etc. But by in large quiet timely.

One issue is you cannot use your loyalty card with Sprout etc.

Sometime my orders have been forgotten…

Sometime my orders have been forgotten or ingredients missed off. However, whenever I have dealt with the team they have been extremely helpful and apologetic. Hasn't put me off at all.

Excellent service

For the most party the service is excellent. I usual order either a salad or something from the Foods for Fitness option. Every now and then I would like a bit more variety. Portion sizes are very good. On rare occasions the lettuce has been a little old but for the most part the food is obviously very fresh.

Should be great but...,

This service is fantastic when the website works. I find it very glitchy so have often ended up disappointed with no lunch actually ordered by the time required. Feedback is also intermittent. The day I was asked to review on I ended up with no order actually placed which really sums it up for me!
