Customer service was fast and helpful when part of my delivery had yet to be delivered. Then the product once I received it is even cooler in person. Love my purchase so excited I bought one for myself and one for my brother!

My friend has a lunchbox and i really liked her pack, so i hopped on the bandwagon and got one myself.really love the size and organisation within the pack, and when i had an issue i was helped immediately.

My experience was great, the skin I ordered was crooked and didn’t zip properly on the bag. I reached out with pictures explaining and Lunchbox free of charge sent me the skin I wanted!

Found on Instagram ad because the side refill caught my eye to make it easier to refill the hydration pack with a twist off cap and came with a clear bag,after ordering the shipping came fast I was worried because I wasn't sure if it was going to come in time for the festivals,one item was missing from my order and lunchbox sent it next day shipping which was amazing and such great customer service because I wanted to try out the extra storage skin for my festivals coming up this week,I can't wait to try my new bag at sick new world Las Vegas and EDC Las Vegas

I had an issue with checking out. I tried getting the hyper fan but when I went to my cart, a message popped up saying that I had something in my cart that was undeliverable for my location. I was able to speak with customer support who got back to me in a timely manner and they were able to help me with my situation. I was able to get all the items in my cart while the sale was active. My items are being shipped as I type this. I’m super excited.

I had a fantastic customer service experience with Jose. After I changed my mind about which product I wanted, he made the return process easy and sent me the item I really wanted. Unfortunately, my Mini Pack got lost in the mail, but he quickly arranged for a replacement. Although I haven't had the chance to use my Mini Pack at an event yet, it seems to be of great quality.
