Never recieved 200 pounds of clotges, ive been fighting with 118118 credit car to get my money back, but they believe lunea that they sent them !?!? Ive been offered 25 pounds compensation!?!? Ive now taken my CC company to the ombudsman, its been since May last yr ive been fighting for the clothes or my money back, very stressful! Disgusting people making these companies up! Taking money weve earnt.

Fraud, took my money and left my daughter nothing. Whish there could be a 0 star rating.

Awful, not even worth one star. My disabled daughter ordered £65 worth of clothes with her savings (rare for her to have this kind of money and she was really excited) and received nothing. Emails have gone unanswered. We have now opened a dispute with our bank and have had a refund pending an enquiry. How this brand is allowed to still advertise I have no idea.

SCAM Never received my order! My mails remain unanswered.

This is a scam. Ordered from them almost 5 month ago.

Reached out to them once after 2 month and they did not respond for another month. Their response was that they were sorry and that my package should be sent out soon. That was now 2 months ago.

A total scam. I ordered my daughter some jeans (not cheap!) on 8th May. Nothing. Don't be fooled by the legitimate looking website.

We ordered a pair of trousers. After 3 weeks we have not heard from them, have no information about the shipment and do not get answers from the company when we contact customers service.

If negative feedback were possible, I would willingly give this website negative one hundred million points. It is a complete fraudulent scam. I paid the fee for my daughter, but we received nothing in return. I don't understand why Google and Tiktok allow them to continue existing online and deceiving these unsuspecting girls.

Ordered a long sleeve top and a hoodie.

Order confirmation and money taken, but 2 months later no clothing and no comfirmation date for delivery of goods.

Requested a cancellation and refend 1.5 months after the order and got a reply 2 weeks later saying that since items are made to order, they could not refund the money.

I've opened a dispute with my bank and hopefully will recover the money.

Fake! Two months later - still no clothes

We placed an order for clothes on the 6th March 2023, it is now the 23rd May 2023 with NO CLOTHES received. Lunea Clothing are the scum of the earth and despite numerous attempts to contact them, one response received saying our order is almost ready to send out and how they are very busy, nothing. This was a present for my 14 year old daughter and she was really looking forward to the clothes after seeing them on TimTok. I am fuming and absolutely DISGUSTED in how they can steal your money immediately on order and give NOTHING back. Unless we receive something I am going to report to bank and fraud squad. Lunea Clothing - you should be ashamed of yourselves 😢

Well no clothing has turned up, so it appears we have fallen for a scam. More than 30 days have passed and still no shipping information, no response to requests for information. Hold onto your money folks - this is a SCAM
