This company makes high quality massagers. I own three of these and they are durable, work fantastically, and get right to the spots I need to help with mobility.

Excellent customer service and a strong guarentee along with reasonable prices make this company my go-to for home massage machines for all my individual needs.

I had an issue with my LX3 hand massager after a year of use. I contacted support, and they were incredibly fast to respond. They sent out a replacement immediately, and it works perfectly. It’s rare to find a company that stands by its product like this. Highly recommend!

Yes it's serving me well. Like how stable it is: in that it stays in position throughout the night. Also just right amount of firmness and stays firm throughout the night. Slightly wider would be nice... may about 6" wider.

Love their massagers but especially their hand massager lx7. My wife plays cello and we both use computers for work so we use it all the time, the air acupressure is great for our hands. Their foot massager also works well although it is a little weak at the distal toes.

First of all, Geneth is amazing—great follow up, very responsive, thorough and pleasant to work with! Thank you Geneth!! Second, I love the foot massager LX21–I’m using it twice a day and my feet 👣 are so happy 😃! The only con I can say is that I can’t really feel the heat very much, but really love the rest of the product. Very well made and works well. Ok, I just LOVE this thing!! It feels so good on my feet!! To start off, there are roller balls that move and massage the arches of your feet, and there are “pads” that have smaller balls on them that move back and forth (tilting too) that massage the balls of your feet, and there are also roller balls under the heels (smaller than the roller balls in the arches), and the airbags on the sides that inflate & deflate that move your feet (or calves) from side to side a bit so the entire bottom surface of the foot comes in contact with the rollers. There are 5 buttons on the remote control—one for heat on or off, one for vibration on or off, one for intensity (6 levels) which increase the pressure of the balls that rotate in the arch of the foot as well the air bags on the sides inflate a bit more it seems, one button for mode (there are 6 different modes-with different combinations with the air bags and rollers, a couple with just the bags and no rollers), and the last function is the timer which goes in increments of 5 minutes (default starts at 15 minutes and goes to 30 minutes). I am attaching a short video clip so you can see it work. I left the remote in the unit in the video, but it is removable. You can also rotate this massager and use it on your calves. You can either lean it up against a piece of furniture and sit upright while it massages your calves or you can also lay down and let it massages your your calves while laying down (I recommend this way ☺️). This unit is VERY sturdy and much heavier than I expected. Very well made. Only con I can say is I can’t really feel the heat very much, but otherwise I highly recommend this product.

This massager is absolutely amazing! It took me a while to find the right positioning angle and fine-tune the various settings, but once I figured out the best configuration, the massage was incredible! The rolling massage, air compression, vibration and heat options are wonderful with easily adjustable settings and intensity levels depending on the specific needs of the day. I was particularly impressed with the compression mode which snugly wraps around the calves and feet like a personal masseuse. The remote is convenient for changing settings without having to shift from a comfortable position.

My overworked calf muscles have been very tight and sore, but after using the Lunix, the tension fades away. It feels so good I have a hard time deciding to shut it off. And, it helps me relax into a restful night's sleep.

I highly recommend the LX21 Shiatsu Foot and Calf Massager as a first-rate quality machine with cleverly designed features that enhance personal health by relieving foot and leg aches, pains and stress. My only two suggestions would be to include a full printed copy of the manual in addition to the online version, and provide a longer power cord to more easily maneuver around furniture.

I was chosen by Lunix to test their. LX21 Shiatsu Foot massager, in exchange for an honest review. One of the first things I would like to address is their customer service, to my amazement when I’ve emailed them I have received an email within 24 hours, even on Sunday’s questions are answered quickly and very professionally.
The foot massager is absolutely amazing have six levels of message and air compression along with heat is amazing on sore feet and absolutely fantastic for cramping in your calfs. There of course is some noise but not enough to interfere with using this while watching TV. The only thing I would suggest is a carry bag for those that might want to take this to the office.
I definitely would recommend this product to anyone that has issues with aching feet or cramping in their calfs.

I made two orders. One for two hand warmers and gel bag. Also one day later ordered charger and cord and one finger roller. I received one hand warmer in a box without a bag cover. Then I got a gel pack in a package. Then I got another hand warmer a finger roller and a charger with a cord. Following my 2 orders Feb 16 and 17 I have received 8 separate confirmation of shipments and excuses why they were separate . I am not sure that my one hand warmer is brand new as it does not hold charge like my original one over one year ago. Disappointed former happy customer.!!!

Lunix Vibration Plate are great. I give them 5+ stars for availability, prouct quality, function ability & excellent customer service. I brought 3 of them for family members and my family are still thanking me for buying them this gift. Thanks Lunix.

I love being part of the Innovation Lab & getting the opportunity to try the products & give feedback. If I can help someone else make a choice because of my experience I think that's great. I like the products & so far haven't had an issue with reimbursement for my purchase. Although it's been a while since I've been asked to participate I'm always anxious to be invited back!

Its a great flexible therapy light with an array of practical features

I have several Lunix products and I love them all. The company has excellent customer service and has always been very kind.

BREWARE!!!! If I could give a zero star I would. Out 279.94 for a products I never received! They said my husband received the packages and sent a google picture of the back of the townhome. They said it was delivered but it was actually sent 8 hours away. They said they won’t refund my money. I DID’NT even get. The number goes to a computer line. The other number disconnected. Emailed back and forth with who knows who. Please don’t buy from them

I ordered a brace on the 31st October and still not arrived order no cdam17686 the next option is to contact PayPal. Mr Beck.

I can honestly say that the wristband I got was nothing like the one I thought I was getting.They shouldn't be able to sell things on Facebook.

Never order from this company if you don't want to be disappointed. This is the first time I had bad customer service. My package was lost and they won't refund or replace even with pictures provided and speaking to the courier. I spent over $80! They didn't even provide a tracking number until I had to reach out in email!

Update to Lunix Inc/Lunix LLC/Lunix Wellness - 6/25/24 -

So I had heard nothing back from this "company" since my previous review. It was not until today they had the guts to send me an ad to purchase more items from them. Yeah right.

You will not find many reviews on this company except Amazon which does not include purchases made from Lunix directly. Since Amazon corporate stated they had no record of anything from this company being sent to me, I was not a verified purchaser and therefore was not able to leave them a 100% truthful review with pictures.

They remain hidden due to them not having a physical location. The address on their site which states:

"This website is operated by LUNIX (Legal Company Name: LUNIX LLC). Our email address is support @ lunixinc. com and phone number ‪(307) 461-9622‬ The company's address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801"

This is NOT true per the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission and others in that community. That is a forwarding address from another location. So this is completely false.

Now today, I offered to update my reviews on all the above sites plus revise my posts on Facebook and X if they agreed to let this go, refund my money and I would throw this disgusting material back. They refused and so here we are now.

What is VERY ALARMING is the fact they want me to find a shipping company who will send back chemical smelling and human waste products to them. No one from UPS, Fedex or DHL agreed. Plus this would be at my cost. No way.

Per the email they sent me which I will provide to TrustPilot Integrity upon request along with all the other 50+ pages of ignored emails and pictures.

Lunix wants me to send the human waste, chemical smells of oil and gas left next to a dumpster for 24 hours in the rain back to them for "restocking."

WHAT?? Absolutely not. These are being stored underneath my apartment in an airtight locker so no one can smell them.

So if you want a reused, restocked, chemicals of gas, oil and human waste to lay your head on for a discount purchase from this company. If you want real customer service and satisfaction choose ANYONE ELSE!! EVEN CRAIGSLIST!!!
