Worst company ever to deal with

Worst company ever to deal with. I have not heard back from their company after numerous attempts to contact them regarding my air mattress that deflated within 20 minutes of my set up and an entire box of items that I purchased never arrived. Every time I’ve tried to contact them, I receive the same standard email. However, they never contacted me after the initial email. I used my air mattress for the first time this weekend and it wouldn't hold the air. Had the worst night's sleep ever. Plus it was very uncomfortable even when the air was in it. If I was you I would not do business with this company. By the way, because they were ignoring me I wrote an honest review about my experience on social media and they removed my review and blocked me. What does that tell you? Why wouldn’t they contact me to try to remedy this issue and make it right as opposed to hiding their head in the sand. Bad business ethics. Stay away!

Where do I even start

Where do I even start? If you’re considering spending $200 on this air mattress because the Instagram videos make it look like some revolutionary luxury car camping experience, save yourself the disappointment. In reality, it feels no different from a $50 car air mattress from Amazon, except this one comes with the added luxury of terrible customer service and regret.

The mattress feels incredibly cheaply manufactured and nothing about the quality feels remotely close to a $200 product. To make matters worse, the left side of my mattress held air while the right side would not hold air at all because of a manufacturing defect. Nothing says premium quite like waking up on half a mattress.

Then there’s the customer service experience, which is truly something special. After ordering, I emailed to ask when my mattress would ship and was told 1 to 2 days. Those days came and went with no shipment. When I reached out again, I was THEN told it was actually backordered.

I had a trip planned and ordered based on the shipping timeline they gave me, so I had to order another car air mattress from Amazon. Somehow, that one managed to arrive the very next day. I eventually returned the Amazon mattress and kept this one when it finally arrived. In hindsight, that may have been my biggest mistake.

Somewhere in the middle of all this, I also received a cheerful message explaining that the customer service girls were out enjoying their “Summer Fridays.”

How wonderful for them.

Employees deserve time off, but telling customers how much fun your team is having while their overdue orders haven’t shipped, and only later mentioning the product is backordered, is a level of tone deaf customer service that almost deserves an award.

And because apparently $200 wasn’t enough of a lesson for me, I also bought the $90 fitted sheet made specifically for this mattress. Surely, for NINETY DOLLARS, it would fit correctly, right?

Wrong.

The precut openings don’t properly align with the airflow system or even the hanging headrest. Designing a $90 sheet specifically for your own product and somehow still getting the holes in the wrong places takes a special kind of talent.

Save your money. Buy a cheaper car air mattress from Amazon and spend the rest on gas, food, a hotel room, or therapy after dealing with this company. All better investments.

The Instagram ads do an amazing job selling a polished, premium experience. My actual experience felt nothing like the marketing.

The only thing premium about my experience was the price.

They should be embarrassed.

I purchased a couple of mattresses directly from them at an event. One of them had holes and have been trying to get it replaced for about a month now. I am constantly following up with emails and having to consistently remind them of the problem and how they can solve it. Do not purchase from this company if you care about quality controlled items or customer service that actually cares about people or their products.

No customer support

We bought the Air pro and hope to try it soon. It looks well done. We inflated it to try it and it feels comfortable. The only thing is I have doubts about the company. There was only one head bridge in the bag the mattress came in. We contacted them several times via email and Instagram, no reply other than the automated emails that one time said someone would contact us within two days and other emails said they would be back on Monday the 15th of September. Still no reply after 8 days. There is no telephone number to reach them to talk to someone.
I suppose all is well when things go well, but what about if you happen to have a problem with the order or something is missing as in our case? There is nobody in the office for customer support.

Waste of Money

I purchased the mattress to fit my 4Runner and have used it roughly 6 times. It's made of good material however it's manufactured poorly. Air is leaking out of where the seams meet on the mattress. I reached out to them since this is clearly a manufacturing defect and they will not help. For additional context I am 5'5'' and weigh 125 lbs. This should not be happening. Luno will not get back to me or stand by their product since it was purchased a little over a year ago.
