I ordered a custom made wedding dress. It was the right size, but it looked completely different than the online picture, totally different pattern. When I wrote this to the company they simply kept responding to me how costly the handmade work was they did and how much the materials cost, no mention of the fact that the dress they advertised is not the one they sent me.
I received the dress, but it did not fit on me. I followed the size guide. I have been trying to get a response from them, with no luck. I have used their contact form, e-mailed them almost everyday, trying to call. No luck.
Luckly I paid with Paypal and they refund my money to my bank account.
I want to return the dress but I don't know where to.
