Luke was amazing. He made the first aid course so fun and he got everyone involved. The equipment was great aswell as how the course was delivered to us. What a great experience and I learnt alot today 5 star for me

This was my first ever first aid training and it was very informative for me and I learnt a lot about some things I had never knew about first aid.

Great course, informative and easy to follow. Would recommend from a refresher course, as was quite short in comparison To other similar courses I have attended.

My employer hired LUPE to deliver a training course on conflict resolution and break away techniques. I found the course to be very informative and Luke helped to keep the atmosphere fun. Luke shared many of his own personal experiences relating to the subject matter and answered any questions staff raised. Many obscure questions were thrown at Luke and there was nothing that he struggled to answer or that staff would call into question. Would definitely use Luke again and look forward to the refresher training - and ho often can you say that about a training course?

Excellent training course, very informative complete with legislation on subject matter. Trainer very welcoming and interacted well with the staff team. Would recommend to other organisations to use.
