This company is the worst sent me 2 pairs of 8 1/2 boots when I ordered and payed in full for a size 12 and an 8 1/2 . They’ve been given me the runaround why can they just send the 12. They have bad business ethics .

Should have read their reviews first before ordering. Same issue, wrong size shoe sent, poor quality and offering me a 10% discount to keep the shoes. Disgusting company and should be reported. They obviously don't care about their customers as they keep doing the wrong thing.

A fraud company! The quality is awful! The size doesn’t match. Be aware don’t buy! They will never return your money back! Horrible experience!

Every thing that has already been said by the people before me. I am currently in an email arguement with them over the wrong size shoe and them only offering me 30 percent back. Oh and I can keep a shoe that does not fit. I wear a size 10, ordered a 10 and they sent me a size 8.5 in UK sizes.

I ordered a pair of sandals size 7 Took forever to receive them. They were a 7, but the stretchy strap
that went around the heel was way to big and would
not hold my foot in. I asked to return them and they
refused. They couldn't understand why I didn't want
to keep them. They offered me a 10% credit or 40%
off another purchase. I would never buy anything from them again! Typical foreign company with inferior products!

I purchased a jean dress size 2xl for $50 it came and the inside tag on the dress was a size 6 but the bag the dress came in had a label that said 2xl. So I contact them via email to ask to exchange the item and they wanted proof of the incorrect size. They apologized and told me that the sizes on the website are based on UK sizes which is not accurate. I emailed again they told me to keep the dress and they would refund me 20% of my money.

At this point I just want the correct size because the dress is cute but a size 6 US measurements. Long story short I have an email chain of 15 different communications and no resolve to my issue. CHINA stole my money and I'm stuck with a product that now I have to try and sell! I want a full refund and they will not give me my money back.

PLEASE AMERICAN PEOPLE NEVER, I MEAN NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY OR FROM ANY COMPANY IN CHINA!! THEY ARE THEIVES!!

I ordered a pair of glittery flip-flops in a size 10.5. They sent the wrong shoes (wrong size and wrong style). I reached out to them and they offered me $7 back on my $60 order plus said that I could keep the shoes that are too sizes too small for me.

This is NOT a useful solution as I can't wear the shoes that are too small (and I also don't like them - because they are nothing like what I ordered and I would never have ordered this style).

I've been working with them for two weeks trying to get a resolution.

They refuse to refund and they refuse to send what I actually ordered and keep saying they really can't do anything for me because they don't want to lose money.

It's ok for ME as the customer to lose money and to not have the product I ordered, but they're not willing to lose money to correct their own mistakes.

I’ve expressed my belief that it’s fraudulent to advertise one product and then send whatever you want instead of the product ordered and still think that you’re entitled to keep the money.

This company can NOT process any returns or exchanges from the US (they told me this) because they are taxed when the items are returned to them, and they can’t afford the shipping.

Even if they send the wrong product, they’re not willing to refund or exchange.

Also, the initial order was supposed to arrive in 15 days and it took more than twice that time for the order to arrive here.

Rec’d my supposedly brown leather ortho sandals, $60-plus thrown away! Original pic of shoes, as advertised, did not match what came in mail today! Ughhh! Not going to try and contact them because that will be futile.The shoes advertised must be sold by some legit place? The fake shoes had no maker/brand name stamped on bottom or inside sole of shoe. Ad showed a pebbled-grain leather; this one is smooth. Totally diff shaped shoe!

This company is in China, but they sell to people in the United States. They don't let you know that, when you buy their shoes. The thick sole sandal design was too loose around the ankle, and it was not possible to velcro it at the ankle because of how big it was. It was not at all how it fit in the photos. If you want to return or exchange it, they say you have to pay for return postage to China, which is too expensive, or they said to keep it and then they will give you 30% refund, which isn't at all fair, since I paid $56.58 for the sandal. That's only a refund of $16.57!!! DO NOT BUY ANY SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY. Their shoe quality and return policy is bad.

We ordered the Velcro soft sole leather orthopedic shoes only to find out these shoes are not true to size, poorly made and Lurebest has not returned several requests to refund our purchase. We also paid extra at the time of ordering for Express Delivery, the shoes arrived almost a month later via Standard Mail USPS. These shoes are so cheap that you can easily rip the so called leather with your hands. Don’t waste your money dealing with this company.
