Awful! Clothes didn't look anything like they did online so sent items back for a refund. Got a confirmation email of refund being processed on 20th September explaining the money should be in my account within 7 to 10 business days. We are now 18th October and no money and no replies to emails.

Took ages to arrive then I got the “ your item has cleared customs email” odd, seeing as I thought I was dealing with a company in London

Markets clothing as designer but the shirts I received were cheap fakes. In breach of my statutory rights, they refused to offer a refund unless I paid for the items to be returned to China, and covered the import taxes at the other end. The photo of the shop is also fake, I presume.

The products are counterfeit and completely mis-described. This was described as Linen but you actually get products made of 5% Spandex and 95% Polyester. Quality is shocking. Steer well clear of this company. You’ve been warned!

I ordered 2 (Ralph Lauren) men’s shirts. After a 3 weeks delivery wait. What arrived was awful. The polyester fabric was poorly stitched, a quick walk would set your chest hair on fire! The shape is awful and I can’t even describe the motif… we were laughing out loud at the state of them!
I have been emailing the company (back and fourth) for 3 days, and still don’t have the return address (in Asia). They continually repeat themselves, asking me to retain the goods for a discount off future purchases 🤣
