Awful Groomers - Stay away
My poor dog has come out looking awful, I asked for just a trim as she is quite fluffy but to keep the fluff and trim/tidy it up and it looks like she’s been shaved. Everything I asked the lady to do she didn’t listen too, I was extremely clear on what I wanted and that I only wanted a little trim but instead they have shaved her.
Her ears have been straight cut and it looks absolutely awful, laughable really!
For the ridiculous money it costs I am so so unbelievably disappointed & quite upset that this was deemed to be acceptable.
Nothing I asked for was done, I will never be going here again!
I have messaged them to say I am not happy & the customer service has been shocking, Wilma is very rude and I am not surprised when I went there it was empty!
I would 100% stay away from this awfully unprofessional business who don’t have professional groomers clearly just cowboys.
