I ordered a product and received the shipping confirmation and tracking link on 5/21/2025.

I checked the link and it did not work so I reached out to them on 5/22. They sent me another link on 5/23. The link worked but suspiciously the order confirmation was on 4/30/2025. That was nearly a whole month before I placed my order. I didn’t want to argue so I went along with it.

This morning (6/4), I checked again and read that it was delivered to an entirely different address. They literally doxed someone else’s address to me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

China based, which automatically means their return policy is below level as they pay high postal (import) fees for packages valued over €15,- by customs. They will do everything to keep you from sending their items back. Even sending you an unwanted replacement, when all you want is your money back.

Bought an item, which did not charge well. Asked for a refund offering to send them the faulty item to investigate but got send a replacement. Unfortunately this did not charge properly either after which I was told that this could not be the case. Eventhough I offered them several times to make the effort to send both faulty items back so that they could investigate, they were not interested and instead accused me of lying about both items being defective.

Due to their lengthy responds time it has taken me 4 months to get this far and wanted to share this experience to prevent others from having the same issues.

Shipping and Product Quality

First off, I was under the impression that Lustty Age products would be shipped from within the US, but I soon discovered that they, like many others, ship directly from China. While the shipping was relatively quick, I felt misled about the product's origin, especially given the premium price tag.

Initial Experience

Upon receiving the product, I eagerly tried it out with three different types of lubricants: water-based, silicone-based, and even coconut oil (yes, you read that right!). The initial sensation was strange but somewhat enjoyable. However, things took a turn when I noticed irritation around my urethral meatus—the opening at the end of the urethra. It became red and sore, making it impossible to continue using the device.

Customer Service Interaction

Disappointed, I reached out to Lustty Age's customer service to express my concerns. I explained the discomfort I was experiencing and requested a refund or store credit for a different product that might be less harmful. Their response was disheartening; they informed me that they only accept returns for defective or damaged products. I reiterated that I had already used a water-based lubricant, but they remained unhelpful and dismissive.

I even offered to send pictures of the irritation, hoping to illustrate my issue, but they showed no interest in assisting me further.

Final Thoughts

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Lustty Age products, primarily due to their lackluster customer service. While the product itself may look appealing and fun, my experience was marred by discomfort and a lack of support from the company. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others who might be considering a purchase.

Save your money and look elsewhere for a more reliable product and customer service experience.

This is a horrible company. Please stay away from it. They don't honor their return policy at all. They are total crooks.

Bought one of their products which broke down and was informed by their customer services that the warranty was only one month!!! and no offer of a discount on a replacement. I subsequently found out that I could have bought a superior product from another company for half the price. I would suggest you do not buy from this company. Find an alternative cheaper supplier with a better warranty period...

I placed an order over 2 months ago. The package never arrived. I've been asking them for a refund, but they don't care, never sending a detailed response, never caring about the customer. Worst service ever. Complete scam. Money lost.

At this point, I only want to know their legal address and company number to sue them. Sadly, couldn't find it on their website.

Avoid them, you will have a really bad experience.

AVOID doing business with this company -- they say they will refund unused products will not. They simply do NOT honor their 30 day money-back guarantee on unused products. I should have read the reviews beforehand.

Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered a toy that did not work. I sent an email requesting a refund they requested a video which made no sense to me but I made a video sent it back and all its original packaging. It was a bad connection badly made instrument, I work to do it within 30 days they delay delayed and then refused to refund me and said they would just send another toy. I said no I don’t want one I want a refund and they said nope. All we can do is send you another toy AVOID this company AVOID AVOID.

Poor, cheap, fake products. Easily breakable, not fit for purpose, and items way too small. Poor quaility material where, when you want to do a return, they refuse. Even when the item is within the 30 days money-back guarentee. Clearly the actions of a fraudsters and scammer

Their website is peak misleading and full of images that show items much larger than they are irl. They lie about size on the site. I bought a dildo that was waaaay bigger on the website… had to win a dispute via PayPal to send it back and get my money back.
This is why they hide their site is Chinese, because we all would think twice ordering from their site otherwise.
They deliberately lie and scam people!

Stay away from this company. My order got lost and they don't have post office insurance so they did exactly nothing to help me, did not send another product and I lost my money. Companies like this one are messing up online shopping for everyone else. My confidence buying online at this point is 0.

Have been in contact with their customer service over a defective product but only getting the run around. I followed the instructions and sent them a video but still telling me I am not following the instructions. the items just stops vibrating after 30 seconds instead of running until i turn it off or it runs out of battery.

Worst company ever — I bought 2 different items and these are fit for small penises. The sucking cup is a waste of money, it barely covered my shaft. Never again

Their quality control is horrible and their return policy is arbitrary. We purchased two vibrating cunnilingus sucking massagers from Lusty Age. One of them was fantastic. The second one (we intended to keep at our 2nd home) was really loud. We notified Lusty Age within the required 3-day window and requested a replacement of the product. They put us through a horrible ordeal, treating us like we were some kind of criminals. They required multiple messages and a video to prove that we weren’t lying. Then, after receiving the email, they said they’d get back to us. They never did. They never resolved our complaint. Then treated us horribly. We will never buy anything again from Lusty Age!

Received top-quality toy. I love it, I received the item within a week and it was good.

Lusty Age retails adult products and does not stand by its product useability. I purchased a product of theirs which DID NOT WORK, complaining to them and requesting a replacement or refund they reacted as if I was stupid and the fault was down to my unfamiliarity with the product and incorrect operation. The product DID NOT WORK and they denied liability. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND SELL GOODS THAT ARE NOT FIT FOR THE PURPOSE>
