Fabulous bed, my dog loves it! Very handy that it becomes her bed in the house when we go away. Easy to install, helpful videos sent from Luther Bennett and quick delivery. I couldn’t ask for better service.

The dog car bed arrived quickly and was exactly as I hoped it would be. It's beautifully made and very durable. I am a new dog owner and I bought 2 other car beds for my dog from different companies, which were nowhere near as good as this one. I think this one will be my dog's permanent life-long car bed!

I phoned to find out if they could speed up my order and I received the dog car pod the next day! Easy to assemble. I opened up the front part and let him nap in it first which he did happily. Then I attached car pod to the back seat of my car and my usually disgruntled pug happily goes everywhere now with no whining whatsoever. Great quality fabric and easy to clean. Pug and I very happy!

Great product, first time our pride and joy has actually relaxed on a car journey. Speedy delivery too!

Easy to order on website. Tracking of the dog pod and delivery date/time was helpful to have. Arrived within 5 days. Easy to assemble. Looks and feels like a very high quality item and likely to last.
Purchased the coffee option (brown with orange straps).

Poor customer service/ low quality product.
Paid £285 for an XL pod and after three trips in the car the base seam has come apart. After responding to my initial email (reporting the fault) agreeing that I was within my rights to return and offering to email me a return label, once I confirmed I wanted a refund I have not had any further response.

Took a while to place my order as we needed special shipping. Received a lot of emails, requests for feedback, etc. before I even received the dog pod, which was a bit annoying. The pod is lovely and will be well used as a bed and car seat which suits our travels. The body is fairly well made but a bit heavy - I guess sturdy is the right word. However the straps to attach are very flimsy and we already broke one of the plastic clasps (on forst use), which isn't what you expect for a 200+ pound dog bed...So while the product itself is very noce, everything immediately around it is not what you want for something so expensive and social media hyped.

Great Pod and well made.

I ordered car seat for my puppy whippet. I wanted something that she can grow into and good quality. I was recommended L&B by a friend.
Postage and packaging no issues. Assembly was initially a bit puzzling, but it is actually very easy, just insert pillows and zip everything.
My pup loved it. She went inside, chewed it a bit and then slept for 2 hours straight.

It is a premium price, but so far feels like it time proof.

Awesome product and the very best in customer service. The team go out of their way to make sure you are happy and exceed expectations. Highly recommend

A very professional and great experience from beginning to end and my furry best friend Teddy now has a fabulous dog pod for the car.

The Luther Lounger is definitely a luxury item and will be used when we are away from home. Our Pomeranian is already very comfortable travelling in her Dog Pod so it seemed logical to have a Luther Lounger to complete the set! Great quality. Thank you.

So after writing my initial review regarding customer service Luther Bennett have gone over and above to put things right- it’s always a mark of a company how they deal with things when they go wrong and so I wanted to amend my review to reflect that.
I really appreciate the time you’ve taken to personally contact me and the offer to extend the discount. It’s a really great quality product - still to be tested in the car yet but if it works I would have absolutely no qualms about ordering another.. Thank you for providing great customer service.

Great service and great quality product. I am unable to review the travel pod yet as it is a pre order but the Luther lounger is great and can be taken anywhere. I will be ideal for our new pup when we take him on holiday to the new forest

I did wonder if my springer sized cocker would comfortably fit in the pod as most photos featured smallish dogs. It’s perfect 🤩

I’ve spend a week trying to place an order and still haven’t been able to.
I emailed them to tell them that although they state on the website they delivered worldwide, when you go through checkout you can’t select different countries. I live in Guernsey and regularly order items using UK shipping methods.
I waited a day for a response, They said it was fixed so I tried again- I got a different error this time- I let them know and they said it had been fixed after another day of waiting for a reply.
I tried again and the postcode still wasn’t valid. I got offered 10% discount and told the website was now working ( yes another day to wait for a reply)
It wasn’t working, same error, and o
I have now given up trying to order.
I understand websites have glitches something but at no point did anyone offer to take the address and do the sale manually.
The website and customer service isn’t to the same standard as you are claiming the products to be! Shame but definitely wouldn’t recommend

I bought this bed because my cockerpoo is nervous travelling in a motorhome, or any vehicle that’s different to my car. I wasn’t sure if having his own bed that moved from vehicle to vehicle would make a difference.

He absolutely loves it! I wondered if it would be big enough. He is 16kg. He fits perfectly in there and goes to sleep. I am so thrilled with this bed! And so is he!
