Minnesota Nice?...maybe to Minnesotans
I bought a 2019 Honda Accord Sport 1.5T 6M from them because they had the last one and wouldn't trade with my local dealership. The salesman never answered his phone and took days to reply to messages if at all. He agreed to get me special pricing on accessories since the deal on the car wasn't very good. When I finally dragged a price quote out of them, it was astronomical. The finance person was pushy and his demeanor turned icy when I refused thousands of dollars of worthless add-ons. The delivery was a rush job and the salesman didn't seem to know much about the car and made false claims such as the seats being 100% genuine leather when it was only the center inserts. He didn't go through the pre-delivery inspection form with me. I found it in the glove box later. Everything was signed off as 100% perfect even though the car (which had over 600 miles on it) had curb rash on two rims, an empty windshield washer reservoir and a half empty fuel tank. When I contacted him (and copied in the general manager) about all these issues, I got no response. When I contacted the salesman because my temporary permit had expired and I still didn't have license plates and registration paperwork, he said he would send out an extension on the permit but didn't. The only correspondence I ever get from them is constant reminders to rate my experience with them on multiple platforms. Hardly seems in their best interest.
