Luton Airport Express website - utterly pointless
The Luton Airport Express website must be, if not the most infuriatingly useless, certainly in the top 10. It's proved impossible to buy a ticket, despite numerous supposed links entitled "buy a ticket" - if only a zero stars rating was available.

The whole system seems to be designed to extort money out of customers. Why do the barriers allow you to tap in and out then charge you the max fare. Raised a complaint and each person I was dealing with passed the book. Terrible experience and whoever is managing is needs to buck up

Airport seems to get better each time I travel
Tv advert made me throw away my tv
I have never used the Luton Airport express however I’ve been visually an auditor-ally assaulted by your aneurism inducing television advert.
Luton Airport drop ripping off
Luton Airport - Drop Off area. Absolute chaos! £5 for less than 5 minutes to use the crowded chaotic drop off area! And then £1 per minute extra that you stay after 5 minutes and you can't pay until next days you will get the fine of £25 Barriers is better!
Train delayed by 25 minutes
Train delayed by 25 minutes, not reliable, wouldn't use again for this reason
Awful experience
Awful experience. Not only were trains delayed (which seems typical for Luton airport bound…beware…) the scheduled train didn’t leave from the EMR platform, information was chaotic and was running to and fro from platforms on conflicting advice. Managed to get a later train, just in time, but the whole thing was too stressful and confused (getting the Dart itself was ok). Going to Stansted w/express much more professional and certain in comparison and cheaper, even though it’s a longer journey…travelling via Luton airport remains a fraught option to avoid if possible.
Quick and easy the only thing I would…
Quick and easy the only thing I would say is I think there should be better pricing and it’s a shame that the timings don’t start a little bit earlier and especially later when arriving into Luton late on the more commercial airlines like easyJet and whizz
Terrible service
Terrible service , Only one person working, very slow and staff not really helpful.
This is a physical dark pattern
This is a physical dark pattern. Shuttle trains are usually free in airports and there is no information about payment before boarding. You only realise that you need to pay at the other end when you get to the barriers!
Very dissapointed…
Due to the queues- there is no chance to drop off and leave within 10 minutes. It is a rip-off. Staff were also ignorant and even arrogant.
Good experience
The staff were very welcoming on arrival. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. i had to leave early in the morning for my flight, at 3.30am, but was given a paper bag at reception and told to help myself to what I wanted from the breakfast bar to take with me.
Good to see a punctual service combined…
Good to see a punctual service combined with some really low fares. The standard of the trains were high, very clean and comfortable. This has convinced me to use the service as the service of choice.
