yet another garbage drop shipping site…

photos are stolen from aliexpress. clothes are cheaply made and are being sold for far too much money.

I placed a order end of may, at check out it said arrive 7-10 business days this did NOT happen.
I kept emailing the seller which I was told they would get back to me when my item was shipped nobody got back to me & my emails after were ignored. No shipping info tracking is available. And not only that you are given a price at checkout but take a extra £10 on top of the checkout price which £118 was including the delivery but when I checked my balance they took extra a extra £10 I would never buy again I had to contact my bank to get them to refund me

Not good material at all, the quality of the fabric is too bad,I purchased a tshirt that just arrived and I was so disappointed. The shirt looks nothing like what is shown on the website. From the photo, the shirt looks soft and flowing, with a nice v-neck. It came to me and the shape of the shirt a box cut, the v-neck is high and the material is stiff. It definitely looks like they put the print on a random tshirt that is nothing like how they it was shown. went online did research and found their helplien which isseven six zero two8four three one three one !!I call them and finally, I was able to return the dress to the company. Don’t buy anything, clothes bad sizes, bad quality Do not buy from them. Do not buy from them. Poor quality completely dissatisfied

Do not buy from Luulla!!!! It is a scam. I ordered an item on Oct. 12, 2020, and as of Dec. 5th, 2020, have still not received it. On both Oct. 20th and 28th I emailed the seller (Zizibijewelry) to inquire when the order would be processed and shipped, and I received no response. On Nov. 4th I received an email stating my order had shipped from S. Korea and with NO TRACKING (it was actually all caps in the email.I lodged a complaint with Luulla admin....no response to that as of yet either.
Update: As of Dec. 19th....I’ve still not received my item. The seller will not respond and has a few different websites (Zizibe Jewelry and Get Sweet HJ). I’ve filed a complaint with the FTC and PayPal against this seller.

DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I never got my jacket or the refund! They stopped responding back to me! SCAM WEBSITE!!!

Scam! knock-off dresses that are overly priced, poor material, poor fit. horrible customer service.

Their business is in China. And if you are from another country like me in Canada, they do not accept returns. They send my items, but it was not as advertised on their website. Don’t buy from them, please.

It is proper scamming, I ordered a dress since June, I haven’t received and they took more than total amount from my account.

I have been contacting them for 3 weeks requesting my money back but haven’t received yet.

Seriously they are very useless page.

POOR. DO NO BUY. The shipping takes forever and does not even come. I would just choose forever 21.

I would have given it 0 if possible. Appalling service. My order turned up after 7 weeks. Almost a month after Christmas. And when it did turn up was completely the wrong size.

When I asked if I could exchange I eventually got an extremely rude email saying no it was not possible. (They don’t supply a return address either)

Avoid this company at all costs. Very rude and rubbish quality.
