very long delivery time
I edited my review because finally I received the ordered products. I received the package after 1 month after the purchase date so definitely it is not true that they send orders within 24 hours. Nevertheless I received all items in good order. Client service is non existent, no information, no follow up, no answers.

Dear Luveon Team,
Here I am again. You were really quick to react to my post of August 10th, stating you are a legitimate company and asking for information to get my order delivered. Since I could not reply to your reaction in Trustpilot, I made a new review with all the information you need to get things done, but I am without any information since. You did not get in touch with me, you did nothing to speed up the delivery of the ordered goods (I checked -status is unchanged since July 30!). So you leave me but no choice than to take this to another level.
As you mentioned you are a Colorado based company, I took the liberty of contacting the Consumer Protection Agency based in Denver and explained my case. Meanwhile, as I warned you I would, I also filed a report at the European instances to audit your actions.
I am still awaiting your delivery and if you are not able to do so, I expect a full refund.
Up to you what you prefer of both options.
